Very nice hotel. Friendly informative front desk personnel. Location is good. (One block up from the river and all its cafes and restaurants.) Updated, Clean, Comfortable Hotel. We had a spacious room at the top with a small balcony and kitchenette.The hotel elevator goes up to the third floor then a walk up a flight of stairs to the room. It is was not a problem at all. Bathroom clean, roomy with a nice shower. Breakfast in the lobby eating room was very good with lots of choices and requests granted.

This hotel was delightful. When we arrived the deskclerk took us up to the room, showed us the amenities, and asked us if the room was acceptable. It was excellent! New furniture, large windows and small kitchen area. Our room came with breakfast which included a large buffet and eggs, omelette made to order. Location is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and water. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast was excellent everyday, made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets and pancakes. Rooms clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

To say the hotel was magnificent is an understatement! From the moment we walk into the lobby we were treated like family. From Ricardo at the front desk, to the ladies that take care of the rooms, to Christina my friend that looks after the bar, everyone is first rate, friendly and professional. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and the other property owned by this hotel group.

Gorgeous, comfortable and centrally located
The location couldn't be better, the property is beautiful and the people who work there are helpful and friendly. The only problem was that our particular room, that we absolutely loved, had a problem with the shower draining. Our room happened to have the bathroom up 4-6 stairs from the sleeping area. It was very attractive, but it might be challenging for the elderly or someone with a disability.

Centrally located close to the waterfront. This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were friendly; room was clean with modern decor. We were travelling in the off-season, so the hotel was less busy. The manager provided a free room upgrade. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice assortment of cheese and fresh fruit. Eggs were prepared to order, though the only other hot food was pancakes.

This is a very nice boutique hotel with excellent amenities and thoughtful extra touches. The check in process could be more welcoming. The front door is locked and we rang the bell twice before someone came for example. We also received a condescending response when asking about a room change. Some staff were very pleasant, others not so much. Overall though, it’s a lovely hotel in a perfect location.

Everything about the property was exceptional. The only thing is we had a little incident , left some expensive sunglasses on her nightstand and when we got back to the room they were gone.

This intimate hotel is a crown jewel. It is beautifully renovated with comfortable beds and linens, choice of pillows, a welcome bottle of champagne and a wonderful breakfast. We did not stay here long enough but we plan to return soon!
