My stay at this establishment was amazing. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The only downside of my stay is the constructions happening right next the hotel. It was pretty loud at times, other then that, I would recommend this hotel.

Property is great, rooftop with heated pool was the highlight. A bit outside the old city but still plenty walkable to local restaurants and main tourist area (down hill). Hotel food was also delicious but a bit pricey comparative to local options. Staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Good hotel. Location is good if you prefer a quieter part of town. Unfortunately there is a building site next to the hotel. Big seller for the hotel is the pool on the rooftop. Downside - drinks at the hotel seem to be overpriced and service in the bar at the ground floor is slow. Also the aircon in the room doesn't work.

Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace.

Beyond an excellent stay
It was absolutely incredible from the first second to the last. Everything from check in, to how clean and comfortable it was, to the smile goodbye. I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second. Truly spectacular and special mention to Beatriz and everyone in the bar area, we’ve had a truly memorable time. A massive thank you and for us there is no other hotel in Porto.
