This property is TOP TIER! It is a unique location with a stunning view of the Douro Valley water way and Dom Luis I bridge. Pictures do minimal justice. The train stop is right outside the hotel entrance and the property is cutting edge. I loved it and will definitely revisit and stay. The service at bar on the 11th floor met my standards of easy going, elegant, knowledgeable, premium inventory, lovely staff, reminiscent of New York top tier lounge service. Upon arrival my boyfriend and I were offered to upgrade the room to our view being that we were in town celebrating his birthday at the bar on the 11th floor we were greeted with bubbles and when we revisited for dinner, we purchased one dessert and they delivered another with their birthday candle on the house, which was really nice. The staff was familiar with allocation for some great wine sellers to visit as well as walking distance and things to do within the area. Lovely experience. I am still in aw of the time I had.

incredible property, beautiful room and amenities. staff are absolutely wonderful. there was some construction going on around the property well into the later hours of the night (2 am) which made a good night's rest difficult but that had nothing to do with the hotel! just the product of being in a busy city! definitely recommend a stay here!

Great location just on the other side of porto old down town right at the beautiful bridge and river, street are available at the front door. Quits down at mid once the street cars stop running. Amazing staff rooms and breakfast buffet can’t wait to go back

Hotel is very nice and clean. Our River view room was quite noisy, we were only on the fourth floor and right next to the bridge where the train runs and people gather. Great blackout blinds though. We slept with white noise and were fine. Hotel style is a bit Gatsby meets nautical
