The room dont get cleaned until you leave. The towel where not changed in the five day we where in the hotel. The room had a half roll of toilet paper for two people for five days, I got some nyself at the supermarket. The bin was not emptied in whole of visit. The bathroom floor has no matt and I had a slip and fall. Would recommend you use caution

First of all, this place is unique! Your room is essentially a smaller, minimalistic wooden-box with a comfortable bed. Very similar to the Japanese concept of capsule hotels, except you also have a bathroom. And this hotel is affordable but not as cheap as capsule hotels. There is no window, but you can open a hole in the ceiling or the wooden blinds to the hallway. If you don't suffer from claustrophobia, this place is good to spend a night or two. More suitable for youth and young adults, in my opinion. Cleaning services available upon request.

Loved the concept of the hotel, and the common spaces are wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was amazing and very central. Our only dislikes were that we had a large group of very loud guys next to us, and the walls are not soundproofed. You could generally hear other guests in their room as well. Also the shower was a bit mouldy, not because it hadn’t been cleaned but it was embedded in the concrete of the shower. Otherwise we had a good stay.

This hotel has great public spaces and is a beautiful location for exploring Porto! The room is a wooden box accommodating a queen size bed attached to a generous shower and bathroom space. If you need windows in your room this is not for you. But I enjoyed the minimal design elements and I felt very comfortable with this cocoon like sleeping and bathing space. The support of the staff, their knowledge of Porto and their charm was exceptional! I will return there when in Porto!

What a fabulous concept. The room, the facilities - the location! Just wow. So much wow. So wonderfully designed; I love the rooftop area, the sauna, the weird, fun, interactive mezzanine - just fabulous. Only sad the projection in the movie room wasn't working! Would love to come back, or try another one soon.

The property was a tricky to find and felt like it was in a particularly run-down area of town. The main foyer/lounge area was very dated and musty. The "boxes" where you sleep however were clean, convenient and perfectly fine. The price is great in terms of the downtown location and the welcome beer was very thoughtful. We had a good experience, not a great one.

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were good, with a smattering of whimsy. I loved the rooftop deck. It is a convenient. We walked so many places. I would definitely stay there again.

Xero box does what it says on the tin. Room had just what you need - there is a nice bar/restaurant on ground floor and bar and rooftop sun terrace on floor 5. Its a good location close to the metro.

This property is very unique and the concept is quite cool. Definitely made me realize that windows may be a necessity for my everyday living lol. The room was spacious for a solo traveler. I loved that the hotel still looked very new and modern and had great amenities. The breakfast was a nice touch. I didn’t stay in the hotel much but to just sleep. The location is very convenient as it is around the corner from a Main Street with shopping and food. Would stay here again.
