The apartment was completely renovated last year with the utmost attention to detail. The residence has a large swimming pool with fresh water plus a children's pool (available with lifeguard from June to September). In addition, 2 tennis courts with lighting and a large equipped playground. Complete beach equipment is provided free of charge on special pitches overlooking the sea. Another sandy beach is accessible a few meters away. A free shuttle service connects Porto Rotondo to the beaches. There is a private parking.

Fantastic location in lovely residence
Swimming pool was lovely, and the apartment is cosy and well equipped. I would definitely come here again. It is a beautiful part of Sardinia. Town was about 20 minutes walk and had lots of restaurants and some lovely shops and a decent supermarket.

Für uns war ein Aufenthalt in dieser FW ausgeschlossen. Wir sind abgereist Gründe waren u.a.ein starker modriger Geruch in der Wohnung Kein WLAN- Internet!! das haben wir nicht klar aus dem Inserat gelesen. Es ist eine Privatwohnung, die vermietet wird, dh. es wird ein wenig Platz gemacht im Schrank für Gäste.Der Rest ist abgeschlossen. Für uns ist eine FW keine untervermietete Privatwohnung, sondern eine FW für Gäste ausgestattet ohne Privatsachen der Besitzer Das vermittelte uns ein unangenehmes Gefühl. Fewo- direkt war nicht wie angegeben 24/7 zu erreichen! Sondern gar nicht. Ich empfehle bei trustpilot.com Bewertungen zu lesen. Es gab keine funktionierende Telefonnummer oder sonstige Möglichkeit, außer einem Chat, der uns weitere unerreichbare tel.Nr gab. Wir hatten also keinerlei Unterstützung und keine Möglichkeit unsere Kritik zu äußern und um Vermittlung zu bitten. Ich würde Fewo- direkt nicht weiter empfehlen Auf unsere ausführliche Beschwerde hin wurde uns von der Eigentümerin sofort mit Ihrem italienischen Anwalt gedroht, es wäre Rufschädigung ihre FW so zu kritisieren, da wir alle Informationen aus den Regeln lesen hatten können. Damit hat sie zum Teil auch Recht, aber schöne Photos haben manchmal mit der Realität wenig gemein. Sie war zu keinem finanziellen Kompromiss bereit. Fewo- direkt ? Nicht zu erreichen , keine Hilfe vor Ort um das bemängelte zu zeigen! bzw. zu riechen Fazit 1500€ für 1 Woche FW + Hotelkosten Enttäuscht!

Great flat in a fantastic location
We spent 11 days in early june 2022 and enjoyed the lovingly furnished flat and the great location with quick access to the sea and the beach. The only small downside was that the communal pool only opens up from June 15th which was after our return to Munich... Alessandra was a great host and really helpful - sending instructions how to reach the place as well as helping fix one or two minor issues at the start of our stay. I can only recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

Villaggio Punta Volpe
Con la mia famiglia siamo stati nella casa di Alessandra dal 2 al 11/7/2021. La casa è al pian terreno su bellissimo contesto di villette di proprietà. Circa 60-70 unità compongono un magnifico villaggio immerso nel verde della natura Sarda. Il villaggio rappresenta quindi un piccolo quartierino indipendente all'estremità di Punta Volpe; lo stesso è ricchissimo di piante e fiori curate giornalmente da giardinieri professionisti. Siamo stati subito colpiti dalla cura con cui è tenuta la proprietà, si nota subito che non è la classica casa per vacanze ma rappresenta in effetti una seconda casa. All'interno, infatti, c'è proprio tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno in una casa in cui normalmente si vive. I particolari con cui è arredata, in tipico stile "marinaro" sardo con colori bianco/azzurro, rappresentano la personalità di Alessandra che ha scelto con gusto particolare e grande cura tutti gli oggetti che la abbelliscono. La casa si compone di una zona giorno con divano letto, una camera matrimoniale, una piccola cameretta a due letti singoli comunicante con un bagno interno e un altro bagno più grande, entrambi con doccia. Un grande portico antistante l'ingresso (indipendente), permette di starsene beatamente in relax all'ombra nelle ore più calde del giorno. Si accede direttamente alla spiaggia privata (scogli) attraverso diversi sentierini in discesa che conducono, attraverso il grande giardino, a diverse piazzole direttamente sul mare attrezzate con ombrelloni e sdraie. Un comodo sentierino pavimentato le collega tutte percorrendo la riva del mare qualche metro più all'interno. Ci sono anche delle docce di acqua dolce nei pressi delle piazzole. Concludo facendo i complimenti ad Alessandra per la sua bella casa e per disponibilità che ha sempre dimostrato nei nostri confronti già dai primi contatti intercorsi, super Host.. Se cercate serenità e tranquillità a pochissimi minuti da Porto Rotondo siete nel posto giusto; consiglio, alla sera, di ascoltare il mare ma soprattutto di saper ascoltare i silenzi di questo magnifico contesto. Speriamo ti tornare ancora.

Vacanza con la famiglia
La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati ospiti nella casa di Alessandra a luglio 2020. Una vacanza davvero bellissima, con il vantaggio di una casa fornita di tutte le comodità, adattissima anche alle esigenze dei bambini piccoli. Alessandra sempre gentile e disponibilissima! Speriamo di poter tornare!

Schönes kleines Apartment in guter Lage
Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll mediterran eingerichtet, ebenso die Terrasse. Allerdings empfanden wir es drinnen schon zu dritt (das Apartment ist für vier ausgelegt) als recht beengt. Es gab kaum Platz, um unser Gepäck zu deponieren. Die Betten waren zwar schön zurecht gemacht, aber leider nicht sehr bequem. Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir eigentlich nur ein paar größere Tassen vermisst - es gab nur Espressotassen. In der "Hausordnung" ist von einem Wäschewechsel die Rede. Das ist nicht korrekt - wer frische Wäsche möchte, muss waschen. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Auch die ganze Anlage mit den schön angelegten Badeterassen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Kleines Idyll
Schöne und saubere Wohnung. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 große Kinder ist die Wohnung etwas klein, aber durch die tolle Terrasse machbar. Sehr hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Anlage ist sehr ansprechend. Wir haben die Ruhe während der Nachsaison genossen.
