Integrated in some villas, the villa has two floors.
The ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room and guest toilet. The living room has a large sofa and or an extra mattress that can serve a couple more.
On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and a toilet to support the rooms. We also have two extra beds on this floor.

It also has two large balconies, outdoor shower and barbecue.

It is located in a quiet and quiet area, with practically no traffic noise, and at the same time with easy access to the beach and the city center.

The villa has two garages, a covered and an uncovered park.

Porto Santo Visit
Excellent Family property near to beach and local supermarket, there is a few bars and restaurants near by. Easy 1 mile walk into the main Porto Santo area. Apartment was well equipped for a family self catering holiday, I would certainly recommend it.

Poteva andare meglio se ci fossero state le zanzariere non rotte e quindi si è dormito male e poco la notte, la televisione rotta ( non era efficente il decoder con l'abbonamento(tutto questo segnalato all'host ma non avuto riscontro migliorativo) , cmq la casa e bella, peccato

No geral a casa está bem localizada no centro, mas algum barulho com os aviões junto do aeroporto. Faltou alguns detalhes no wc, como gel de mãos, pouco papel higiénico. Internet e tv tinham por vezes pouco rede ou falhas de rede. No entanto, casa muito agradável e foram passados bons momentos de férias em família.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Im ersten Stock zwei große Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, perfekt. Unten eine kleine Gästetoilette und eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich. Wir haben meistens auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Der Strand war fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten Ana gefragt ob sie uns für die Rückfahrt ein Taxi bestellen könnte. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe

A casa superou as nossas expectativas. O atendimento foi muito bom, a Sra. Marilza é muito simpática e foi muito atenciosa connosco, desde a nossa chegada até a nossa saída, sempre muito prestável. Estava tudo muito limpo e arrumado e a casa no geral está muito bem equipada. Sugiro apenas a colocação de ar condicionado na casa, pois é muito quente. Quanto ao restante, estava tudo impecável.

Em traços gerais, a avaliação é ótima. Espaços limpos, cozinha completamente equipada (a disposição arquitectónica com estilo open space é uma mais-valia para os momentos partilhados entre todos. As casas de banho também com uma ótima limpeza. Nos quartos, apenas um pequeno reparo: os estrados das camas fazem algum barulho sempre que nos sentamos ou viramos. O facto de haver lugar de garagem é, sem dúvida, um ponto bastante positivo. Globalmente, logo que haja oportunidade, uma estadia a repetir, sem dúvida.
