Really well designed and beautiful mosaics. Pool area is exceptionally planned and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. A few members spoke some English but with translation apps we made it work! Housekeeping was wonderful and ac kept us cool at night. We felt very safe there. Super close to town and to the beach. Highly recommend

Os quartos acima do mais simples ficam ao redor da piscina, onde existem várias redes, espreguiçadeiras e espaços para deitar. Ideal para vigiar as crianças. Os quartos Júnior e Master possuem privacidade entre o cômodo das crianças e o do casal. Funcionários atenciosos. Ponto negativo: •O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. •Os valores dos sites que eu não tinha cadastro (fidelidade) eram inferiores aos valores do próprio hotel. Fiquei parte dos meus dias de férias em outra hospedagem, querendo ter ficado no Estação Santa Fe, pois a distancia não tive como negociar uma estadia de 8 dias para 2 adultos e 3 crianças no melhor quarto do hotel.

Foi muito bom a estadia, porém com alguns problemas pontuais Banheiro: estava vazando água quando tomava banho o que deixava tudo muito molhado O quarto é bem confortável, porém a tv poderia oferecer mais canais, só o básico Varanda bem confortável com uma rede Piscina excelente (só com alguns pontos de limpeza) A localização é excelente e próxima ao centro é barcas. E por fim o atendimento que pra mim é o melhor de tudo! Todos os colaboradores bem educados e super disponíveis.

Local que vale a pena voltar sempre
Nossa estadia foi excelente. Eu e minha família gostamos muito do local. Decoração rústica maravilhosa, ambientes limpos e bem cuidados, muitas atrações (redes, piscina, brinquedoteca, bancos, hidromassagem, sauna), equipe de colaboradores atenciosos e prestativos, comida saborosa e pratos bem servidos, com ótimo custo benefício. O café da manhã é bem completo e variado. O quarto em que ficamos era muito espaçoso e confortável, o banheiro tinha uma ducha muito boa. Sentimos falta de mais 1 lixeira no quarto. Apesar de possuir diversos locais de pendurar roupas, e cabides em quantidade suficiente, faltam locais que permitam colocar roupa para secar, ou ainda um varal de chão dobrável no quarto. O local é próximo a 2 entradas para praia de Araçaípe, bem como é ponto de parada das vans, e possui lojas de conveniência, lanchonetes, padarias nas proximidades.

Um hotel pousada bem tranquila, vários lugarzinhos para descansar, tem uma área externa bem aconchegante, gostei da piscina, quarto atendeu minhas espectativas, atendimento de qualidade, os únicos poréns foi em relação ao café da manhã, tinha boas opções para comer mas poucas opções de frutas e sucos, mas fora isso foi ótimo!

Experiência horrível!
Tivemos uma péssima experiência. A ideia do local era boa mas a manutenção estava horrível. As roupas de cama estavam mal cheirosas e encardidas, além da qualidade não ser boa. Chuveiro ruim. Sabonete imprestável. TV antiga que passava um único canal. Na primeira noite pedimos uma batata frita no restaurante e veio super encharcada. O café da manhã tinha muita variedade mas de qualidade ruim - pães velhos, café ruim, não tinha acompanhamentos como manteiga, requeijão e geleias. Tudo sem nenhum capricho. A música que tocava no salão do café era completamente inapropriada para o momento e também para as crianças que estavam ali. Para fechar com chave de ouro, 12:02 enquanto acabávamos de fechar as malas para sair a energia do quarto foi desligada por instante e recebemos uma ligação da recepção perguntando se iríamos ficar mais uma diária. Imediatamente sairmos e fomos fazer o checkout, tentaram nos cobrar uma água que não consumimos e ainda se recusaram a emitir nota fiscal do nosso consumo. O único ponto positivo é a área da piscina que é excelente. O hotel tem um bom potencial mas é pessimamente administrado, não recomendo.

Chegando fomos recebidos por um alto e magro, recepção escura, apenas fez seu trabalho. Reservei o que deveria ser o melhor quarto do hotel, mas checando lá, a cama era no chão, colchão de molas ruim, ar não funcina, lampadas queimadas, pedi para trocar Fomos para outro, ar funciona, mas colocar de maneira que o ar frio cai na sua cabeça , estão tivemos que dormir com as cabeças viradas para os pés da cama, lâmpadas queimas, tv ruim e não é smart tv, nem dava pra colocar o celular nela, pequena demais, sem lugar pra pendurar roupas molhadas, cobram por toalhas de praia e piscina, pedi copos e me deram 2 copinhos descartaveis, as fotos do hotel são bonitas e interessantes , é diferente, mas pessoalmente deixa a desejar, os detalhes, o banheiro, não é bem limpo. Arrumaram nosso quarto, mas não varreram o chão, não limparam o banheiro direito, tinha teias de aranha pra todo lado no quarto, escuro, pouca iluminação, não gostei da sensação que o lugar transmite.

A pousada tem um espaço em comum excelente. O quarto família é grande e confortável para até 4 pessoas. O staff da pousada é cordial porém falta treinamento de atendimento (são hóspedes de todas culturas e não apenas baianos). Café da manhã muito bom, porém inicia apenas as 7h30 (em uma cidade turística os hóspedes vão passear cedo).

Boa pousada, mas com restrições
Ótima localização. Fica em frente a uma praia excelente para crianças. Área de lazer é boa, piscina bem legal e pre com mesas e redes é muito boa. O problema do Hotel Santa Fe é a política do estabelecimento e a intransigência dos gestores. Piscina só funciona após às 10:00 e fecha às 20:00 (para quem está com criança é complicado). Tudo o que se tenta argumentar com a gerência não é levado em consideração. Na último noite estávamos na recepção conversando com outros hóspedes e o recepcionista apagou as luzes às 22:00 informando que era a regra. Mesmo a recepção funcionando 24 horas. São detalhes que nos fazem perder o gosto pelo local que é bem legal.
