Viviane sehr aggressiv, wurde tätlich, Kinder hatten Angst. Wir wollen einen Teil des Geldes zurück!
Nous attendons toujours les sacs poubelles, le papier toilette, le liquide vaisselle et les éponges de nettoyage. Les couchages (1 chambre avec un lit queen/1 chambre avec 2 lits simples et un lit king) ne correspondent pas non plus à l'annonce ! Le canapé du salon est dur et ne peut pas être qualifié de lit king-size. Le bain à remous est également en panne. Nous avons payé près de 2000 euros pour cet appartement, nous attendons de votre part une réduction, un prix qui compense tout à fait ces défauts.Check put serrait

Mauvaise expérience
Annonce mensongère, propriétaire escroc et agressive.Gendarmerie contactée plusieurs fois car la propriétaire est rentrée deux fois dans la maison sans prévenir avec ses clés. Elle veut faire signer un contrat de location en direct avec les clients pour ne pas payer de charges et sortir d’Abritel,nous n’avons jamais signé et donc payer tout le séjour sur Abritel.Le jour de l’arrivée,la propriétaire arrive à l’improviste pour nous réclamer 50€ de frais de ménage à lui payer en cash de suite,nous refusons.Scandale de la propriétaire,elle repasse une nouvelle fois sans prévenir pour réclamer son argent et faisant exprès de sonner longtemps à la porte pour réveiller notre bébé qui dormait en disant « je m’en fous »,nous avons dû appeler la gendarmerie de Porto-Vecchio pour les prévenir de cette intrusion et qu’il la contacte.Abritel nous a confirmé que nous n’avions rien à payer à la propriétaire.Le jour de la fin du séjour elle est rentrée dans la maison avec sa clé le matin sans prévenir pour soit disant laver le linge,nous avons dû rappeler la gendarmerie afin de la faire partir. Quand au logement,l’annonce mentionne une maison neuve,ce n’est pas du tout vrai.Le logement est délabré,canapé intérieur et extérieur déchiré troué,vaissellerie entièrement ébréchée,carrelage de la terrasse cassée,plan de travail de cuisine abîmé,plintes du mûr décollées et recollées avec du scotch, étendoir cassé,matériel manquant par rapport aux photos et descriptif annoncé.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Viviane ,haut personnage en couleur. La maison est grande, était propre, la déco est chouette, terrasse avec une vue superbe. Très bon séjour en Corse.

Passez votre chemin !!
Ce séjour d'une semaine a été LA déception de nos vacances en août 2022. La résidence est composée de plusieurs bâtiments récents alignés en rang d'oignon. Le seul atout, c'est la piscine extérieure qui, en dehors des horaires d'affluence (retour de plage), est agréable. La piscine intérieure ne présente aucun intérêt l'été. La mention "plage à pied" de l'annonce laisse penser que l'accès y est facile. Or, la plage est à 1,3km et la pente est vraiment raide au retour. Prévoyez plutôt la voiture et le parking payant qui va avec. La propriétaire est joignable, mais ne cache pas le fait que cet hébergement n'existe que pour lui rapporter de l'argent. La propreté n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous, et les équipements sont vieillissants. Nous avons la chance d'aller régulièrement sur l'Ile de Beauté, et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus ; tant par l'emplacement que la qualité de l'hébregement.

Logement bien situé, bien équipé, terrasse très agréable..
Le logement est situé à proximité de la plage. Il est dans une résidence calme. Il est très bien équipé, 2 salles de bain, grande terrasse, barbecue, cuisine spacieuse...Le logement est grand , confortable et très agréable. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, elle est disponible et conviviale.

Une maison bien équipée avec une grande terrasse, literie très correctes. Les piscines sont belles et propres. Je pense qu'il faudrait préciser que les piscines et salle de sports sont communes au complexe. Amabilité et services de Viviane. Merci à vous pour ce séjour
