Ideally located in a quiet residential area, less than 15 minutes by car from the main beaches, it enjoys a privileged position 5 minutes' walk (approximately) from the city center (pedestrian in the evening), to take advantage of the entertainment, restaurants and shops without parking problems.
Apartment, upstairs of a villa, with independent entrance, air-conditioned, comfortable, very well equipped.

It consists of a living area, a kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom and two terraces, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and one of which (not overlooked) ) enjoys an unobstructed view of the mountain.

The apartment is equipped with many amenities to facilitate your stay: beach accessories (umbrellas, beach chair, coolers, beach mats);
baby equipment (travel cot, chair booster);
household linen (sheets, towels) is provided.

Siamo stati benissimo ospiti di Martine che ci ha accolto nella sua casa completa di ogni comfort. La casa rimane vicino alle spiagge più rinomate della Corsica e anche vicino alla cittadella. Che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi per fare una bella passeggiata serale in centro. Di nuovo grazie Martinae. Se riusciamo torneremo a trovarti presto. posti più belli della Corsica

Toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderbaren Apartment!
Die gepflegte und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung hat eine Top-Lage in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und in nur 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Stadtzentrum (Abends auf beleuchteten Wegen). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer selber kochen möchte, findet alle Küchengeräte, die benötigt werden. Auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine gehören zur Wohnungseinrichtung. Sogar Sonnenschirme und Stühle für den Strand werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch kann man viel Geld sparen, da Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand teuer vermietet werden (mind. 40 - 50 Euro am Tag). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben eine super Zeit verbracht. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Logement tres propre, super bien équipé (bbq, materiel de plage, clims, nécessaire de cuisine, etc) et idéalement situé, à quelques pas du village de porto vecchio et quelques kilomètres des plages. Nous nous y sommes sentis très a l'aise. Le logement présente une entrée et des terrasses autonomes par rapport a celui de la propriétaire en contre bas, ce qui fait que l'on s'y sent chez soi. La propriétaire est tres sympathique et disponible, et fait preuve d'une grande discrétion.

Le logement de Martine possède tout ce que l'on désire avoir lorsque l'on part en vacances : une place de parking devant la maison, une propriétaire discrète mais de bon conseil et présente en cas de problème, des petites attentions, une propreté irréprochable, un équipement complet (notamment pour la plage), une proximité avec le centre ville de Porto Vecchio qui permet de ne pas reprendre la voiture pour aller manger le soir, une vue charmante et la climatisation en cas de chaleur. Au dessus de la moyenne.
Location conforme à l'annonce et même plus.... très bon accueil et petites attentions à notre arrivée de la part de Martine, la proprio. Location très agréable, au calme et bien située, en retrait du centre ville qui reste néanmoins accessible en seulement un quart d'heure à pied. La location possède un équipement bien supérieur à la moyenne dans cette gamme de prix (ustensiles de cuisine , aspirateur sans fil, condiments en cuisine, lit de 160 cm fait, gel douche, shampoing, clim..etc); Un dernier mot pour insister sur la gentillesse, la générosité et la disponiibilité de la propriétaire, Martine, que nous remercions, à nouveau. Et que dire de la situation de Porto Vecchio? Près de plages... superbes et à 30 mn à peine de Bonifacio. Un seul bémol, quelques moustiques qui peuveunt perturber parfois les nuits En résumé, location à retenir sans réserves.

Cet appartement est situé à 10 min. à pied du centre de Porto-Vecchio et en même temps très pratique pour les escapades dans l'arrière pays et les montagne. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer ruhigen Siedlung gelegen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Berge und Täler. Man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Ausflugsziele und Strände kann man schnell erreichen. Die Wohnung ist tip top sauber, schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind sogar Strandutensilien da, wie Sonnenschirme, Taucherflossen usw. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und super lieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal. Ist super ausgestattet, alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht, sogar für den Strand sind Schirme, Kühlboxen etc. vorhanden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Logement très calme sans vis à vis conforme à l annonce. Au dessus du logement de Martine mais on ne s en aperçoit pas du tout. Rien ne manque ! Produits de première nécessité, eau fraîche confitures et biscuits de bienvenue. Bonne literie. A 10mn du centre ville à pied donc pratique. Attention pas de facture possible de la part propriétaire pour remboursement CE. Grosse défaillance d Abritel à ce sujet d ailleurs Merci pour l accueil Martine
