Excellent endroit si bien situé pour l'accès aux plages de Palombaggia
Super accueil de Jean-Louis, si aimable et authentique. Malgré l'absence de l'air clim, l'hôte nous a très bien guidé pour profiter au max de sa si belle région. Son petit air espiègle nous a conquis.

Bel emplacement sur ca rien a dire ... mais alors ...! Le logement et surtout le terrain ... ... on croirait arriver sur une decharge ! On a eu peur . Dans l'annonce il est bien spécifié qu'il n'y a qu'un ventilateur , mais avec une telle chaleur il ne sert a rien du tout , nous sommes donc partis sans meme avoir dormi a ce logement qui nous a effrayés ! A fuir en plein ete .

Posto tranquillo dove soggiornare a poca distanza da diversi accessi alla spiaggia di Palombaggia. Camera minimale con i comfort dichiarati nell' annuncio. Qualche difficoltà nel reperire le coordinate esatte del luogo, ma host disponibile per delucidazioni e chiarimenti.

Un lieu calme avec toute la beauté de la Corse à quelques mètres
Un lieu très mignon et calme qui nous a permis de visiter une partie du Sud de la Corse et surtout les belles plages. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, toujours disponible et qui vous donnera de bons conseils pour visiter les environs 😊 nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Vacanza rovinata! PESSIMA
Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo prenotato 3 notti dal 17 al 20 agosto 2022 presso questa struttura. Il giorno del check in ci dirigiamo verso Porto Vecchio per cercare la struttura prima di goderci la giornata non essendo pratici del posto. Via mail un paio di giorni prima, mi arriva la posizione esatta della struttura e noi il 17/08/22 con il navigatore ci rechiamo all’indirizzo indicato. Appena arriviamo c’è però qualcosa che non va, ci troviamo a Palombaggia e su una rotonda! Poco dopo ci arriva un messaggio privato tramite la piattaforma da parte del proprietario, dove ci viene inviata una foto (con la scritta “MOTEL”) con la quale dovevamo cercare la struttura; dopo un’ora e almeno 15km in più riusciamo finalmente a trovare il posto. Veniamo accolti da un signore (presumo il proprietario) che non parla inglese ne tanto meno italiano, perciò comunicare è difficile. Ci mostra la stanza e ci consegna le chiavi molto anticipatamente ( ore 10.30/11) rispetto all’orario di check-in previsto per le 16. Entriamo in camera e ci accorgiamo subito che non solo siamo in una posizione scomoda ai servizi e soprattutto NON QUELLA INDICATA DAL SITO, ma anche che l’alloggio, formato solo da una stanza con letto e un bagno è molto sporco! Non sapendo il francese, ci rivogliamo a VRBO per richiedere qualche soluzione come cambio struttura o per lo meno una pulizia più profonda da parte del proprietario. Un paio di ore dopo e svariate chiamate con il team di VRBO, il proprietario decide di cancellare la prenotazione lasciando noi per strada. così richiamiamo VRBO con il quale, siamo stati tutto il giorno al telefono per richiedere una soluzione, visto che eravamo rimasti senza casa e avevano permesso al proprietario di cancellare la nostra prenotazione, perché a detta sua erano lamentele infondate, senza prima avere una soluzione da darci! dopo nuove svariate telefonate alle ore 19 ci viene detto che non avevano strutture disponibili perché quelle rimaste erano molto fuori del loro budget. Così noi, siamo stati COSTRETTI a DORMIRE IN AUTO a causa della permalosità del proprietario e dell’incapacità del team VRBO. Inutile dire che la nostra vacanza è terminata il 18/08/22 mattina anziché il 21 agosto 2022 come programmato. Abbiamo perso i soldi di ben due traghetti per prenotarne un altro che ci portasse a casa anticipatamente. Grazie per aver rovinato le nostre ferie! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Questa struttura e anche il sito VRBO.

Très bonne localisation
Bonne communication avec le gérant. Facilité pour récupérer les clés. Localisation idéale du logement. A proximité de Palombaggia et Porto Vechio en 15-20min environ. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Un petit rafraîchissement des lieux serait le bienvenue.

Parfait logement pour profiter des plages
Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire, logement très bien conçu, très agréable, très proche de l'une des plus belles plages de Palombagia (vaste parking pour se stationner gratuitement à Palombagia à 1km, accès vraiment très pratique depuis le logement). Rapport qualité prix excellent, logement très agréable avec petite terrasse sur le devant et douche extérieure pour le retour de plage. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Pour y avoir passé pas mal de temps, je pense qu'il est difficile de trouver meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Palombagia. Encore merci pour tout, je reviendrai sans hésitation si je repasse par Porto Vecchio.

Points positifs : propreté de la chambre, équipements, positionnement géographique, rapport qualité/prix, chambres bien séparées les unes des autres, douche supplémentaire à l’extérieur pratique pour les rentrées de plage. Points à améliorer : lit deux personnes pas très grand et matelas à ressorts peu confortable, pas de 3G dans la chambre, décoration quelque peu vieillotte, horaires d'arrivée et de départ stricts (attention à bien les respecter sous peine de vous faire houspiller en bonne et due forme). Suggestion : manque de vrais couverts dans la chambre.
