The villa is divided into two blocks and offers large exclusive outdoor spaces. The beach is one of the queens of white pebble beaches smoothed by the sea on the North Coast of the capital, it can only be reached via the two villas that overlook it or by sea from the nearby beaches. Together with its sisters Padulella and Ghiaie, it is part of the Scoglietto nature reserve.

Villa 6/7 beds
The first includes a living room with kitchen renovated in 2023 with windows overlooking the sea, two bedrooms, one double and the other with divisible beds, and a bathroom with shower.
The second block includes a double bedroom with an added third bed and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has a large outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing.

- deposit (mandatory): 1000,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
