Just 5 minutes walk from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and 8 mins to Gunwharf Quays the waterfront Shopping and entertainment complex. Set on the second floor (sorry no lift!) this apartment benefits from a quiet convenient location. Why not grab some fish and chips from Brittania and eat them by the water's edge!

If you come out the Flat and turn left down Queen Street - carry on down to the end of the Road - you have the Historic Dockyard on your right - and opposite on the waters edge you will find Hartgills fresh seafood shack and on the right hand side is Brittania Fish & Chips if you fancy some british tradiotion! Go left along the main Road and you will find a big Bus station and Portsmouth Harbour train station - with Gunwharf Quays next to it. All within a 10 minute walk from the flat.

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is a 15 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

FOR BOOKINGS OF 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £300 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £80.
