I get really offended just because my address is within a thirty mile radius I’m considered a local which means I’m going to trash the room so they give me a room that is rented last because it’s all spare items from other rooms and nothing works and the floor and corners were dirty bathroom was in. Ad. Red of repairs . I’m tired of paying high prices and getting a nasty room. All rooms should be the same and this practice is a form of discrimination. Some guests might not be as calm about it as me.

I liked that there was sufficient area to take my dog outside, and it was next to a dollar general and McDonald's. But for the room, the headboard of the bed was dirty, there was a half open beer can in the mini fridge, gummy bears on the lamp, and the bathtub didn't drain very well.

We arrived to the property, and the check in process was swift. However, when we got to our rooms we discovered that the doors were not locked and the locks were actually broken on both rooms. We reported it to the front desk attendant who made a note for the manager to fix it. The next morning, we attempted to follow up with the manager who quickly dismissed us & told us he would get to it. Apparently there were SEVERAL door locks not functioning as we overheard that another guest had the wrong locked placed back on their door and was locked out of their rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and the door locks were never fixed the entire time!!

The door did not latch but the manager fixed it immediately! Very courteous. Kind of a steep driveway to get to the parking lot. Railroad near but did not disturb our sleep.

Side door by stairwell did not lock at night. Run down property with small holes in sheets, spots on towels, ice machine out of order, toilet ran off and on all night, tub faucet was only able to flow as shower, very slow tub drain, hair dryer did not work, and soda machine in lobby was not plugged in nor stocked.

Most horrible hospitality ever!!
This was the worst stay ive ever had at a hotel. It was dirty. Bugs clinging to the walls of the hallways. The bed was dilapidated and kinda sunk in the middle. If there would've anything else available within 40 miles i would of left and went there, but there ws nothing available. We checked in and the clerk acted like it was a hassle to check us in. We came down Sunday morning and the desk clerk was scesming at tge other about how bad this job was and she should go elsewhere. Totally unprofessional!! I WOULD NOT!!! Recommend this facility for anyone!!
