Recent structure - on a hill (170 m a.s.l.), in a charming village - typically Sardinian, with olive groves and the sea on the horizon - 6 minutes: from the long white beaches with very fine sand of Budoni - from the shops, markets, entertainment of which the area is rich. Indicated to relax and regain well-being and balance. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, with an entrance to the west, has a capacity of 4 to 6 people - very spacious and very bright and the quiet of the place is ideal for sleeping late. All rooms have two flat beds (single or double), with the possibility of adding a cot. The habitable, functional kitchenette, furnished with all the accessories and utensils for the kitchen, a covered veranda that allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors. A living room with wood-burning fireplace - TV/Sat. A bathroom, with shower/wc - washing machine - hairdryer - large and with window. Outside there is a garden with lots of space to rest in the sun, with plants and flowers and a water supply. All windows have mosquito nets. The parking is private and fenced.

Piacevole soggiorno a ferragosto in 4
Casa accogliente pulita e spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare. In 4 ospiti abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto, zona molto tranquilla, caldo sopportabile anche grazie al ventilatore in dotazione (non c'ĆØ condizionatore). Posizione non vicina al mare o alle spiagge, ĆØ necessario spostarsi in auto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'ospitalitĆ  di Franca, la proprietaria, gentilissima. Unica pecca non prendono i telefoni nĆØ ĆØ disponibile una connessione wifi. Nel complesso tutto buono e accessibile come prezzo.

EnttƤuschung auf ganzer Linie
Wir hatten die Wohnung fĆ¼r 8 Tage gebucht, sind aber nach 3 Tagen geflĆ¼chtet und haben etwas anderes gebucht. Die guten Bewertungen kƶnnen wir nicht ansatzweise nachvollziehen: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Bergdorf, die Zufahrt ist steil und eng, Bodenfreiheit ist zwingend erforderlich, damit das Auto nicht aufsitzt. Der SchlĆ¼ssel steckte. Franca kam am nƤchsten Tag, als wir mitteilt, dass der Duschkopf kaputt war. Der wurde noch am selben Tag ausgetauscht. Die Dusche selbst war sehr schmutzig, so dass wir erst mal geputzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach, und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ein Wind ging dort so gut wie nicht. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage aber zwei Ventilatoren. Als wir Franca mitteilten, dass wir umziehen, riss der Kontakt ab, angeblich konnte sie nicht antworten. Erst als ich Ć¼ber die FeWo-App schrieb, bekam ich eine Antwort bezĆ¼glich der SchlĆ¼sselabgabe etc. Allerdings waren Franca und ihr Mann an dem Tag unserer Abreise am Haus, um die untere Wohnung fertig zu machen fĆ¼r GƤste. Sie wohnt nƤmlich keineswegs im Haus, wie es in Ƥlteren Rezensionen steht.

Sehr schƶne Ferienwohnung in Budoni
Die Mietwohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus befindet sich im kleinen Ort Tamarispa der Provinz Budoni. FĆ¼r einen Urlaub um die schƶnen StrƤnde, mit dem Mietwagen in der Umgebung zu erkunden liegt das Haus sehr gut. Die Wohnung verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber allen was nƶtig ist. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Sie verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber 2 Balkone, einer zum Essbereich raus und der andere am Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Weitere Sitzmƶglichkeiten befinden sich auf einer Terrasse mit Grill am Wohnungseingang. HandtĆ¼cher und BettwƤsche kƶnnen zu einem Aufpreis von 8 Euro pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank und liebe GrĆ¼ĆŸe

La maison est spacieuse avec une trĆØs belle vue sur la mer et au calme. Cependant, il n'y a pas de climatisation comme indiquĆ© sur l'annonce et prĆ©voir 4ā‚¬ supplĆ©mentaire par personne pour la location du linge de maison. Nous regrettons aussi le manque d'ustensils pour le barbecue. Attention, le plan Abritel ne correspond pas Ć  la localisation rĆ©elle de la maison. MalgrĆ© cela nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour, la propriĆ©taire de la maison est chaleureuse.

Belle location Ć  Tamarispa.
Nous avons passĆ© 10 jours chez Franca dans la rĆ©gion de Budoni. La maison est divisĆ©e en deux locations totalement indĆ©pendantes et se situe sur les hauteurs de Tamarispa, village typique sarde , isolĆ© et surtout trĆØs tranquille . Nous avions louĆ© une voiture car cela est indispensable pour se rendre Ć  la plage de Budoni (6 Kms) mais aussi pour visiter cette trĆØs belle rĆ©gion. Il y a tout le nĆ©cessaire pour passer de belles vacances dans la maison, barbecue, terrasse avec vue sur la mer etc.. De plus elle est spacieuses et Franca rĆ©pondra a toutes vos attentes avec gentillesse. Nous vous conseillons aussi le restaurant Ć  Limpiddu, La perla , trĆØs bon et la plage de Porto di Taverna, trĆØs belle ! Merci Franca ! Thierry

Maison trĆØs agrĆ©able Ć  vivre
SituĆ©e dans une petit village excentrĆ© oĆ¹ l'on entend que le bruit des vaches et des oiseaux. Parfait pour se reposer, se dĆ©tendre. Avec vue sur mer ! Les petites terrasses sont trĆØs agrĆ©ables pour les apĆ©ros / repas, avec magnifique petit jardin. Il faut bien entendu une voiture pour se dĆ©placer, il n'y Ć  rien Ć  faire dans le village mais le centre de budoni et les plages sont Ć  5 minutes. Les Ć©quipements sont suffisants bien qu'un aspirateur et un wc sĆ©parĆ© seraient les bienvenues.
