The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station.

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Wow! Blown away by the details in this place and super clean. A light switch at your night stand to turn off ALL lights in the room at night. How wonderfully thought out! Every amenity. Spa, indoor pool. Wow, wow, wow.

Swiss service at its best
The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon

like - *historic building with excellent facilities. *The dining options and restaurant staff are excellent. don't like - *tough walk for skiers to the lift. a property like this should make arrangements to transports skiers to lifts. I had blisters on my knees by the end of my stay. * there should be more options for kids to play games.
