Beautiful Coeur d'Alene Waterfront Lake River Home with Private Boat Dock

This is one of the most beautiful and centrally located Executive Homes in all the surrounding areas.
(12 GUESTS MAX = 10 adults and 2 kids under 8 yrs old)
We do need at least 3 weeks from the date of booking to the date of checking in, exceptions can be made.

Some of the best known and top rated Golf Courses in the our nation are within a few minutes drive. Spokane airport is within a 30 minute drive, and downtown Spokane Washington within 20 minutes. Downtown Coeur D Alene Idaho and its popular resort within a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute boat ride.

Our lake consists of more than 120 miles of shore line. We also are within one hour drive from three great snow skiing resorts( Schwitzer Resort, Spokane Mountain and Silver Mountain)and a snowmobiling wonderland within a few minutes. Water levels of the lake and navigable rivers are control by county and local governments, please check with them to see when levels are appropriate for navigating...

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time. The five adults who stayed all rooms were awesome. Only one challenge was three of the bedrooms had to share one full bathroom which made it challenging. We thpugh had one couple share with the master bathroom which was very nice. Again overall what a beautiful and very relaxing place. The BBQ was a huge hit and fireplace on the lake. We highly recommend this estate. So much fun. And Linda thank you for your response updates.

Loved the outdoor activities - basketball, volleyball, pickleball & the river! Outdoor grill was awesome. Decks & docks were great. The house felt like home! We found out a couple weeks before that there were only 3 full bathrooms & 2 half baths when we thought there were 5 based on how it was listed when we booked. With 4 families, that was a little crowded. Lots of steps that would not work for anyone with a disability but not a problem for us. Jim (maintenance man) was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful Summer Stay
We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful rental. It was very well stocked and the property is wonderful with plenty of room on the beach with chairs and loungers and a pickleball court along with volleyball. The kitchen had everything it needed. The only issue was in the description. It said 5 bathrooms. There are only 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. I asked for pictures of the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms 5 months prior, but never received any. There is a caretaker on site most of the time, so pictures should have been available. There are 3 flights of stairs which was hard on our elder family members in case you have any. Again it was a great place to stay, and we loved every minute.

Great Vacation
This is our 5th year at this lovely home. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach. We also have an annual VB game and enjoy playing basketball. The new lounge furniture on the beach was very comfortable. Thank you Jose and family for this wonderful vacation home for our family to make so many special memories.

Awesome views
The absolute pros of the property are the views, the grounds of the property and the location. You could sit mesmerized all day or walk the property and be happy. It is absolutely beautiful!!! The cons, and I say this all with the balance of aboveā€¦.the listing states 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and 1 half bath and sleeps 12. To sleep 12 you would have to put 3 in the master king and/or 2 in the top twin bunk. We brought blow up mattresses which worked out fine. The big deal for us was one less full bath. We had 2 families (5 people) sharing a bath. That doesnā€™t work for us. We need at minimum 4 full baths, and I ALWAYS consider this when renting. The other issue for us was the amount of personal things in the house. So many family pics and so many religious artifacts. I love family pics, but I donā€™t want to see them in my rental. Overall, we loved the home and thank you Jara family for sharing it with us. We especially loved the moose family visit on the first night, the deer visiting every day, and the excitement of a brush fire on our last. We absolutely love Idaho and hope to come back very soon!!!!

This place met and exceeded our expectation! We had such a good time and as our granddaughter says, wish we had planned a longer vacation there. Large great room so family could always be together, and we spent many nights on the beach at the fire pit. This place offered everything we could ask for. Would definitely come back again. Jose was great as was property manager!

Our group was 5 couples that take a trip each year. This rental was great for our group. The rooms weren't huge but they were perfect for us (The master bedroom and bath were amazing. We spent most of our time on the huge deck, we used the kitchen each morning for breakfast; it had everything you need. Jose and Jim were great and responsive. Our group would recommend this house to any large group

We had the best time here. Beautiful home and property. Pictures donā€™t do it justice. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers. We brought a boat and 2 seadoos and there were 3 docks total to tie up to which was great. The private beach was fantastic and not pictured. The water is shallow and warm the kids had an absolute blast playing in it safely. The beds were comfortable with high quality sheets which was great you never know when you stay somewhere how they actually will be. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was there are a lot of stairs from to get from the house to the water which was hard for our elderly parents but they still made it work! The city of Postfalls was great very calm and good restaurants. Real Life Church had a wonderful service which was nice to go to and keep in our routine during our stay. The house manager met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house, recommended restaurants and was an absolute joy to be around. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Nice home with comfortable beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for group. Nice jacuzzi. Large lot with basketball and volleyball courts also enjoyed. Porches and stairs need to be maintained and repaired. Faulty/lack of internet connection caused us much inconvenience, requiring us to go elsewhere to find a connection and causing one to have to leave and go home during the week.

The best week!
This property is amazing and in the perfect location to enjoy laid back time at the lake. In reviews people complained about no sharp knives, well we just bought one and left it there. Some of the plumbing needs tlc. Upstairs shower is too cool and has low water pressure. Down stairs sink in step up bath is running a black sandy grit. I think pipe corrosion? The sink drains very slowly.

Great Spot on Spokane River
House is located on a calm (no wake) are of the Spokane River which makes paddle boarding and kayaking safe and easy. We brought our own paddle boards, it would be nice if the house had some water toys (kayak, etc.), rentals are across the river but are spendy. The beach access is a little tricky with the plastic fencing (which we believe is up to keep the geese off the beach?), you can't really access the water from the beach, just from the dock. This is fine with older kids, but for littles it would be tricky if they want to play in the water from the beach. The house is very well stocked, it's not your standard rental where is equipped for renting only, it appears the homeowner uses the house as well and leaves the kitchen stocked with all the cookware and appliances you could ever need. We had a wonderful week together with friends and are grateful to the homeowners for sharing their home.

Great place to spend your summer vacation
Spacious house with plenty of room for everyone to spread out - worked really well for our group of 6. Great access to the water and little to no boat wake as you're on an inlet and out at the river is a no wake zone. Keeps it pretty calm so you can easily take out kayaks, paddle boards, etc. House is pretty well equipped - didn't have any real problems with not having something in the kitchen which was nice. Seemed to be plenty of towels and anything else that we needed. Excellent house and very nice location!
