Dem Hotel mangelt es an Personal. Das war zu spüren. Die Hotelküche war zu.,. Dies gaben wir est vor Ort wrfshren! Man fühlt sich wie in einem Sanatorium! Das Hotel und seine Umgebung sind vernachlässigt.

Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel .Wir waren dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht.Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Halbpension gebucht leider war die Qualität der warmen Speisen war äußerst schlecht.Beworbene Freizeitaktivitäten standen nicht zur Verfügung .Wir können somit das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!!!!

Das Personal und auch die Bedienung im Restaurant und beim Frühstück waren stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen waren reichlich und sehr schmackhaft. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Lieblos geführtes Hotel unweit vom See gelegen....
Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, kurze Wege zum See. Vor Ort sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Zimmer sind eher einfach eingerichtet, Doppelbetten sind einfach zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, es verbleibt mittig ein unbequemer Abstand. Das Empfangspersonal ist nett und hilfsbereit, wenn bei später Anreise auch etwas unbedarft. Frühstück bietet gute und ausreichende Auswahl. Die "Pflege" des Buffet lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig, Vorlegebestecke in Stoßzeiten werden nicht ausgetauscht sondern verbleiben verschmiert liegen, Gedecke werden an neue Tische oder nachfolgende Gäste ungeprüft weitergereicht, Gedeckunterlagen (Platz - Servietten) werden vom Personal auf den Boden jedes Tisches "geschüttelt" und mehrfach verwendet = sehr unhygienisch.. Unter den Tischen im Frühstücksraum liegen somit auch sehr viele Brotkrümel. Das Personal habe ich darauf angesprochen, mein Wunsch auf einen neues Gedeck wurde mit Unverständnis und negativen Bemerkungen wider willens ausgeführt. Leider was das Zimmer nicht besonders gereinigt, Haare im Bad, auf dem Mülleimer im Bad und Verschmutzung unter dem Bett (es befanden sich unter dem Bett Schuhe noch Schuhe von Gästen zuvor sowie etwas Unrat). Auch hierüber wurde der Empfang informiert, leider gab es noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Dusche war bis auf einen Schutzrand in der Wanne ganz in Ordnung. WLAN: Im gesamten Hotel stand auf Grund technischer Probleme kein Netz zur Verfügung.

Sommer im Frühling
Sehr gute Lage oberhalb des Haussee's, Boots- und Fahrradverleih fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Restaurants und die Badestelle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem geliehenen E-Bike eine 35 km Tour durch die wunderschöne Umgebung durchgeführt. Empfehlenswert: Die 5-Seen-Schiffahrt inklusive Adlerhorstbeobachtung, etwas ganz besonderes.

Leider hatten wir etwas Pech im Wellnessbereich .. zu wenig Liegen und die Saunalandschaft lässt zu wünschen übrig .. in allgemeinen würde ich sagen gut .. das Essen war sehr gut , jefen Tag frisch gekocht und reichlich
