Very good property, conveniently located in one of the best sections of the enchanting city. Very kind and helpful staff - I was granted a late check-out in a matter of seconds upon my request. Only inconvenience: an hotel's employee kept screaming in his cell phone right in front of my window in the early morning.

Beautiful rooms with good heating given cold weather in Prague at this time of year. Underfloor bathroom heating felt like luxury! Excellent options and breakfast. Such a good location in Mala Strana, beautiful scenic side of Prague with an easy walk over the bridge to the Old Town. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely and we have a great stay. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be better hotel amenities like more toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, etc). The staff was a bit passive but overall great hotel and would likely return!

Great hotel. Very clean. Complementary lunch of soup and rolls. Very comfortable beds. Only slight issue was shower head was a little small and the holder on the wall was too low down, about waist height.
