Everything was perfect. The room was big and exactly as shown on the photos, The bathroom was big enough modern and clean (I only wished the exhaust/fan would be stronger). The location is great, within the old Prague, in 10 minutes everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ac worked good (after we had it looked after). The building is very modern inside. Really perfect. Will book again.

We were satisfied with our stay, overall - particularly for the price we paid (€ 104 per night). The hotel is located on a quiet square just a few minutes from the railway station (which also has a direct bus to the airport) as well to the main attractions in the old town. The hotel can be accessed only with your room key or calling the reception on telecom (this was initially confusing as we were looking for the entrance). The hotel itself seems to be pretty new with good air conditioning and decent breakfast. The staff was polite, knowing that getting smiles in Czech Republic is a challenge everywhere. What was somewhat confusing was the hotel tax collected by the hotel although the prepaid rate was supposedly including this. And a final piece - not related to the hotel though - is that don’t go to Prague during the peak tourist season. The crowds, noice were just intolerable.

This property was a pleasant surprise. Amazing! Customer service both checking in and out. Modern, clean, Air conditioning, great breakfast. They also have access to an underground parking garage right next door for a few. Walkable to major tourist areas and dining.
