Essence stands alone in Prague.
This hotel is super professional. We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and its the same professionalism every time. They treat the guests like royalty too. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The AC works great even during the warmest months of the year. I'm super picky about bed comfort and Essence's mattresses never fail me.

The staff were kind and very helpful. They allowed us to check in early, provided us with restaurant recommendations and helped us book concert tickets. The hotel is very clean and modern with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good as well.

Hotel was in the perfect location. Quick easy flat walk from main train station after hoping on airport express bus. Breakfast buffet was amble, tasty and fairly priced. Hotel was very clean and in a safe area. Highly recommend

the pictures of the room are deceiving. They are extremely small. There is water dripping from the ceiling on the 5th floor ao they had buckets all over the places. The front desk girl was very rude to another guest before my check in.
