Book elsewhere!
Refusal to amend booking over being in a natural disaster. Charged in full and offered no change of dates, or refund whatsoever. The answer was read the policy, there are no refunds. The hotel in the meantime sent several emails about the inconvenience that was going to be cause during the stay over construction upgrades. Find a different hotel that cares about their customers

I had a great day, this is aparthotel Which means they don’t have reception, but all the process was very intuitive, rooms were very comfortable, spacious, Clean and pretty new. The location is great, right at the center of The city. Highly recommend

We had a lovely experience here. The location was amazing - tops 20 mins walk to most significant areas. Great food and shopping places near by! Place was very clean, the code system was easy to use and you don’t have to worry about losing your key card or key. The bathroom had no door in our room and had a clear glass wall so no privacy so if this is not for you I would refrain from booking it however we had no issues with this. The air on worked which was good as when you open the window it can be quite loud outside on a Friday and Saturday night with people out there.

Every single detail was perfect except that there’s no safe luggage area in the building so we had to keep our luggage with us after check out. Important to mention that original check out time was really early @10am but they thankfully extended it to 12pm.

Nice substitute
Stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a terrace. Location was in a quieter area than Old Town Square area. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Property has a lift. Close to the tram stop. Only thing that we had difficulty with was operating the TV, but not a big deal to us. Wifi was working. No issues with check in and check out process. My issue was mostly with Hotels.com as original accommodation that we paid for was changed to this apartment. Although further from the Old Town Square where our orginal booking was, this was a great substitute and I recommend it!

The hotel boasts a prime location - close to the city center yet in a quieter area with plenty to see and do nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated. However, the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking. The main issue was the clear glass bathroom wall/door in our room (407), which lacked privacy. Surprisingly, other rooms of the same level have regular bathroom doors. Additionally, the customer support wasn't really helpful, and their bot can be annoying at times. Overall, a decent stay but the bathroom design choice and poor customer support were major drawbacks.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in between attending soccer games in Germany for the Euros. Overall, 8.75/10. The property was extremely spacious (especially for Europe), easy to figure out, and the contactless check in was convenient. After some train delays, we didn’t end up arriving until 21:00. I’d noticed I hadn’t received the check in email with the necessary details to access the room. I sent a chat to the property and was sent a response almost immediately. The heated floors and towel rack in the bathroom are a great touch. There is not a kitchen, so if you’re looking for that, this may not be for you. However, we weren’t. So this was perfect! We left the windows open during the evening and could hear the singing outside. If that’s a bother, it’s mostly fixed by closing the windows. But we found we actually enjoyed it. Throughout the day, there were different artists and bands playing. The only recommendation we’d have, is supplying extra towels. We found that two was not enough. In addition, maybe adding some wash clothes. Would gladly stay here again on a visit. The value add for the money is GREAT!
