Bar no longer available. Went to eat at restaurant and was not made to feel welcome so decided to eat elsewhere. My travelling companion accidentally broke a lamp and was charged 1500 Czech Krona. Surely the hotel has insurance.

Lovely hotel, great location and the Thai spa is great after a full day of walking! The location is perfect as it has good links to the main areas, close to shops and restaurants.

FIVE STARS! Front desk was super helpful, great taco place arond the corner ( a chain), simple but solid solid breakfast. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped but it didnt really bother me enough.Awesome place overall. Definitely coming back! : )

It was a lovely older hotel with some exceptional upgrades. Air conditioning costs a bit extra but worth every penny during the hot summer days. And it was only 10 minutes by tram from Old Town. It is located in a very hip part of town so an easy place to get coffee and food that is not full of tourists.

I was a bit worried without AC in the room. However, the fan and the climate outside was in my favor. I slept very comfortably. Nice location outside of the inner city congestion, but close enough for a very pleasurable walk. You see the beauty of the city as you approach it from that side of the river. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, get rid of bathroom sensor lights
The place is really nice! Very spacious. Clean, the staff of super friendly, gave me a great recommendation for a literally the best restaurant! The only thing I think they could improve is there is a bathroom light that turns on automatically, it’s a sensor, it’s really annoying in the middle of the night. If you have to go, pee, and then the light turns on and wakes you up so much! I told the staff about it as well and hopefully they’ll get that changed because both my son and I not to be able to go back to sleep.

Great stay!
I had a wonderful stay. Hotel is very clean and in a great location. The only complaint I have would be the limited outlets in the room. They were also located in awkward positions. There is no AC but there was a fan provided in my room.

good but some issues
The room was much too warm, and the air conditioning didn't work. One girl at reception thankfully was very attentive and provided me with a fan, which helped a bit (the old fella was completely unhelpful, saying 'what do you expect? it's 20 degrees outside!'). Everything else was fine - nice suite, hotel in a great location convenient for the Trade Pair Palace, Letna, and the river - and the rates were very reasonable.
