Perfect and so clean and comfy.
Absolutely perfect hotel, couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, the room was so clean and modern, literally the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was so clean, bed was comfy, enough space and room for everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague. Location was great too, a short walk from Wenceslas square and Mustek train station, not far from old town square as well.

Wonderful location and staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. Added bonus was the beer spa in the hotel - unique experience! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s close to everything and rooms are exceptional for the price.

Great Stay at the Majestic Hotel Prague
We so enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Hotel. We felt welcomed from the time we first arrived until we departed. We especially liked the convenient location and were able to walk to all the sites. The buffet breakfast options were plentiful and met every guests’ appetite! The front desk was very accommodating and helped print travel documents. If we ever returned to Prague, this would be where we would stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel except our room was not quiet. We were on the second (3rd for USA) floor and our window was on the street side. You could hear all the cars passing and people talking down below. It was very noisy.

The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We were able, however, to open the door and get fresh air in. Other than that, the room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. We had a great stay!

A nice place near everything. It right in the middle of bus and tram lines. Lots of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. If you’re adventurists you can walk to the train station. The only negative was I had a small room on the fourth floor with exposed wooden beams. They are low enough to hit your head, you will only do it once. A shout out to the bar staff, they were great.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly rude and unprofessional. During check-in, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee for some commission, which I found unreasonable. I kept the receipt and filed a complaint about this. At checkout, they knocked on my door right at 11:00 AM and insisted I leave immediately, refusing to allow even an extra minute. When I went to settle my room service bill, the staff’s attitude was intimidating, as if daring me to not pay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and accommodations, but I’ve never encountered such impolite and discourteous behavior from the staff. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the fact that since I had stayed in the hotel in the past, they recognised a returning guest and upgraded my room to the top floor suit for no extra charge. Great view, very polite and professional staff. Great value for money (even without the upgrade), great and quiet location, walkable distance from the main square.
