Cleaning lady didn’t speak English, Czech, German or French. The do not disturb sign was on the door, she didn’t even knock and just walked in when I was changing. She didn’t even apologize. There was construction noise present from early morning. The reception is mostly unattended so I had to wait 15 minutes at empty reception for check out. Also you will have to carry your bags up and down the stars to reach the elevator.

I let the front desk know that my rooms hadn’t been cleaned over the entire weekend of my stay, but it didn’t seem to be too much of a priority to them to remedy the situation.
