Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Bathroom floor was wet and had toilet paper in the toilet when I got in. Towels were not clean. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there was a roach. Horrifying.

Upon arrival noticed a gentleman in the lobby laying down in a sofa and had taken his shoes and socks off, and placed his feet over the armrest of the sofa. Had roaches in my room, was moved to another room after calling front desk. We were passing thru the state and were to tired to try find another hotel. Definitely won't recommend it unless they really check the entire building. Hotels in the area took advantage of storm to raise prices. Stayed in the area on my way in, and prices were more than double after storm.

“A place to stay” that’s about it. The chair in my room was stained and ripped, looked disgusting. Water pressure was horrible in the shower, and stained around the bottom. The bed was not great and not horrible. Oh and had a roach crawling the wall in the bathroom. The price is to much for this place, it’s definitely a sub-$100 hotel.

The property is actually located in a prime location near shops, restaurants and the mall.. However the room looked clean until we examined the bed and the pillow cases were stained and the roach crawled on the tv and when I called front desk about it, the staff actually paused as if I was telling the truth, so I stated I would record it and I did and another one appeared crawling on the wall, in all of my years of traveling I can honestly say this my first roach infested hotel!!

Good for short travels
My travels to Baton Rouge are mostly 1 to 2 nights. This was my second time staying here because its location is convenient, room is comfortable and prices are affordable. Front desk service is always good. My only con is the adjacent street and the bugs, but it is Louisiana.

Overall, good location and hotel. The positive to this hotel is the location was the easy access to where you want to go. Beds were decent. Good value for the price The negative- pool hours were very short. The 4th floor, whey we stayed at, had a funky smell in the hallway and didn’t go away the whole time we stayed.
