Great place
This is a newer hotel on the edge of Pratt. It is well maintained. Safe parking. Friendly desk clerk. Breakfast included hot foods of sausage, scrambled eggs & hash browns. Waffle griddle is present. We try to stay here when we’re traveling through.

The staff is great. Always very kind and helpful. They are very busy though with so many tasks assigned to one person. Stayed there many times starting when it was Pratt Inn & Suites. Was super. Not quite the same anymore. Had to change room 3 times. Key didn’t open first assigned room. No heat in the second. Third carpet was stained and torn and tv didn’t work. No connection. Staff member (only one) was great with trying to accommodate us between greeting new clients, cleaning, etc Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Our room was overall nice. The pool was open in November and the breakfast was good. Only problem was that the shower water didn’t get hot our second night and still wasn’t hot the next morning. Overall 4 stars
