Stay at 'Villa Prefailles", 12 to 19 June, 2023
Place is new and very clean, but: Location is next to an industrial zone Toilets and bathroom are shared Room is very small and cluttered There is no window. Last week, even if not particularly hot for the season, room was stuffy, with no air. It was 27 celsius inside. When you go out for the day you are asked to perform incredible gymnastics to leave the door shutter half open and to pull a curtain so that belongings cannot be viewed from the outside. Overall, poor value for money. We find that not disclosing in the ad that there was no window and that the toilets and bathroom were shared with other guests was unethical. Having looked at the description of the property in both English and French, there is no mention of the bathroom and toilet being shared with another room nor is it clear from the photos that there is no window.

location trés abordable et trés luxueuse
Nous avons passer un bon séjour juste les locataires a coté de notre chambre qui ne respecte pas la propreté demander par la propiétaire ni les consignes fenétre ouverte,papiers essuis mains dans les toilettes ainsi que le non passage de la brosse dans la cuvette et le non nétoyage des eviers et le non respect des bruit de portes aprés 22h30 .Nous reviendrons passer un notre séjour dans cette super chambre des que l'on repasse sur préfaille ; Merci encore à l'accueil de la proprietaire et de ça gentillesse .Famille Planchenault

Mauvaise expérience
Accès à la chambre prévu à 16h30. La propriétaire nous propose d’arriver à 17h30 car elle est en plein repas. Inconcevable ! L’accueil s’est fait rapidement: pas de code WIFI, pas d’explications pour la télé que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser ( écran rouge). Il existe 2 chambres d’hôtes dans la maison mais une seule salle de bain et un seul toilette. Le partage n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Pas de petit déjeuner servi par l’hôtesse comme le propose en général le principe de chambre d’hôtes. Impossibilité de déjeuner dans la chambre en cas de pluie étant donné l’exiguïté de la pièce. Le pied du sommier a cassé. Nuisances sonores en semaine à cause des entreprises à proximité.Nous avions réservé pour plusieurs nuits: déception totale.
