Traumhafte Aussicht
Unglaubliche Aussicht über den See! Das wars aber auch schon. Unterkunft ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Auch nicht so absolut ruhig wie beschrieben weil unter der Einflugroute zum Mailänder Flughafen, besonders Abends viel Flugverkehr. Trotzdem schönen Urlaub gehabt aufgrund der zahllosen Möglichkeiten in dieser einmaligen Gegend.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, aber die Zufahrt zum Haus vom See aus auch recht lang und über teils sehr enge Straßen. Dafür ist es dann oben sehr ruhig und kühler als am See. Wer gerne wandert kann direkt dort oben starten.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Traumseesicht
Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa Maria in Premeno verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut geschnitten und optimal für zwei bis vier Erwachsene geeignet. Wegen der Höhenlage (knapp 1.000 m) hat man eine traumhafte Sicht bis zum Südende des Lago Maggiore, wunderbare Luft und absolute Ruhe. Allerdings muss man bis nach Verbania 25 min mit dem Auto fahren. Premeno ist ein sehr hübscher kleiner Ort mit einem schönen Park und einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Es gibt zwei tolle Aussichtspunkte, bei klarer Sicht mit Blick auf den Monte Rosa und eine reizvoll gelegene kleine Kapelle. Das Haus selbst war sauber, die Betten sehr gut. Wir haben allerdings einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Die Verwalter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, verstehen etwas Deutsch und sprechen nur Italienisch. Vom Haus aus kann man einen schönen Spaziergang zum Sasso Corbè mit Blick in den Nationalpark unternehmen. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, wenn man nicht nur Badeurlaub am Lago machen möchte.

Einfach nur Traumhaft
Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage. Das Haus mit seine Lage und Aussicht ist einfach nur ein Traum. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war alles perfekt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte etwas stärker sein. Wir kommen wieder. Auch unser Hund hat sich super wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Der Blick auf den 800m unterhalb gelegenen See ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ein Erlebnis- die große, überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht fast immer den Aufenthalt draußen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig für drinnen und draußen ausgestattet - wir haben gar nicht alle Möglichkeiten nutzen können. Wer das Leben am See genießen will, muss bis Verbania ca.25 Minuten rechnen, für Wanderer gibt es viele tolle Ziele oben..

Het is ongeveer 20 min de heuvel op- en afrijden voor je in Verbaina bent maar het uitzicht is grandioos. Goede opvang bij aankomst.

Super Ausblick, sehr ruhig, tolle Umgebung, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, schöne Villa. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man bei grösseren Einkäufen/ Ausflügen immmer ganz runter nach Verbania fahren muss. Strassen sind recht eng teilweise.

Sehr angenehmer Bungalow in guter Lage
Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen Grundstück mit tollem Seeblick. Ideal für stressfreie Tage. Alles war sauber, TV-Programme auf ASTRA, praktisch, da wir abends keine Lust auf Trubel am See hatten. Freundliches Verwalterehepaar, sprechen leider nur italienisch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
