Small inconvenient place
Hotel has no ac, only fans. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. We were only given 2 large towels in the bathroom. We asked for small wash cloths at the desk and never received them. The “spa” was simple, odd, and hot. Again only floor fans. Drinks in the bar were expensive. Not worth it. Stay elsewhere if you can. Also very old and outdated property overall.

I enjoyed the food and the pool like i always do unfortunately i paid for a biger room bet it did not have a view of the ocean and it was a hike to get to the pool every other time i have always been given a ocen view room on the first floor or second floor so a little disappointed, but i will return again

The staff were very nice, and got us checked in quickly. The hotel itself is dated and could use some work- however: the room was spacious and very clean. It is also a convenient location as the Puerto Nuevo shopping and restaurants.
