Not what it used to be
This hotel has declined severely in the last year. Stayed a year ago and was ok. Rooms are run down and damaged. I expected more being a Wyndham property. There was garbage sitting in hallways. Elevator dirty. Carpets dirty in room stained. Doors to rooms damaged. Deadbolt did not work. Not what it used to be.

Door lock did not work properly. Appears to have been kicked in and “repaired”. Bathroom door had multiple holes in it, light fixtures were rusty and dirty. The carpets were stained and in terrible condition, to the point I would not walk in the room without my shoes. I will not stay here again

This hotel is terrible! Should be closed. Charged a $200 damage deposit however in the family suite 302: the rug is all bunched up so much that it has pulled and separated an inch from the wall, pull out sofa broken unusable, gum on the roof, broken light shades, bare wires showing; busted and poor patched walls. Fridge doesn’t even close and seal properly. Spilled some water so we dabbed it up with towel and the towel was dirt brown!! Bare feet your feet are sticky and are literally turning brown from the rug being so dirty.

Hotel space itself was very large. Stayed in family suite. Condition was not good. Peeling wall paper, broken bathroom handle, tuct tape on carpet, overall very rough shape. With a bit of work room could be great. Pool was a nice size and quiet which kids enjoyed. Breakfast was the highlight and everyone was well fed. Overall ok hotel for short stay.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was empty of water, thus unusable. The pool's chemicals changed the colour of my daughter's bathing suit (bleached it). There was drywall damage on the ceiling of our room and the pool area. Carpet in the room was in poor condition, stained and burn marks. Poor water pressure. Had to plunge the toilet.

We went swimming in the pool for around a half hour The chlorine is so strong we were coughing, and our eyes were burning had to get some fresh air. The water gets extremely hot if you have young children, be careful!! There was dry blood on the duvet. The parking lot is in bad shape and not very safe.

The first room that we were booked had a smell and a waxy film on surfaces and tv only had one channel. We were moved to another room down the hall and it was a bit better and then around 11:00 pm - heard woman screaming - close to us and then a women got mad at me outside hotel - which scared my grandchild and he wanted to go home as he was scared. So they left around 11:30 pm and did not stay the night. I made the hotel know of the situation right away and was still charged 99.00 for the night that we did not stay at. The kids did swim during their little stay and they enjoyed that piece. I didn’t realize how run down the place was. Won’t be staying there again.
