The Picton Place is a beautiful and fully renovated property boasting three bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds, a full kitchen, TV with streaming services, two separate living spaces, laundry on site, and 1.5 bathrooms.
Centrally located in downtown Picton, with a short walk to the Picton Harbour, the finest restaurants, bars, artisan shops, grocery stores, the LCBO, the Regent Theatre, and much more. In PEC, you will need a car to get around to most places, but this is one of the few places in town where you can get away with walking to many of the best hotspots and nightlife. As for the wineries, the majority of them are located a short drive, in nearby Hillier, and Wellington. Also within a short driving distance is the beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park, Golf Courses (including mini-golf), and the adorable towns of Bloomfield, and Milford. We love the county and sharing our experiences and recommendations, and will work with you to help you create your perfect county adventure. We know you'll fall in love with the space, and the place.

This home is fully licensed as per Prince Edward County STA bylaws. #ST-2019-0285
The bylaw stipulates the maximum capacity of the property is 6 people.
Please also note that the property only offers ONE parking space in front of the house, on the left hand side. Free parking is available on the street April 1st - December 1st and there is also a free lot close by for full day parking.

The Neighborhood:
Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.
Getting Around:
Visiting Prince Edward County does require your own vehicle. There is no public transit or Uber in The County, although we do have a number of taxi companies and car for hire services.

A rental agreement with Places in PEC is required to be signed, it is an e-signature document that will be sent though the booking channel, please check your spam folder. Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

By providing a variety of vacation properties we can ensure that your vacation is a success no matter where you decide to stay. A rental agreement is required to be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The agreement is required as we manage the properties and do not own them. We are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and it is a requirement by them and the insurance.
