Upon arrival, there was a leak in the roof in the lobby. I could see water draining into the floor. There seem to be only one person working in the entire hotel that evening. Walking to our rooms there was the obvious smell of marijuana in the hallways. Strong and pungent. When we got into our room, we discovered hairs on the sheets of both of our queen beds. It looked like the sheets had not been replaced since the previous guests. Fire alarm went off at 5 o’clock in the morning. It was overall a horrible experience and we will not be back.

TV was not fully functional. There was damage to the bathroom wall. I had only gotten a few hours sleep when a shirtless man that was high banged on my door and created a disturbance in the hall and then the parking lot and then the hall again. I could not get back to sleep and checked out at 1am to continue my trip. I felt safer sleeping in my car in a rest area later that morning.

The hotel was over priced for what it was. The bathroom had one light that was also the fan, which was dark and loud. The noise from the hallway was a lot. It was fine, but I would not recommend.

I called the property prior to booking and asked if the hot tub was working. I was told yes. When I arrived the same day, the hot tub was colder than the pool and the water was green. The room itself was clean and staff friendly but the hot tub was medically necessary and not an option.

The hotel has been renovated and it looks better than before. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff seemed pretty bored and dull - I wish they had been friendlier and made eye contact and really care about our stay. It felt like we were dealing with robots not human beings.

Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay! The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful with a issue that happened before we arrived! We would definitely stay again. Our only downfall was that the pancake machine wasn't working during breakfast and that just so happened to be the only thing my boyfriend wanted to eat that morning.

If i could give a negative review I would. We walked in and the place reeked of weed. I support cannabis both recreational and medical, but there's a time and place for everything. We asked for a local favorite restaurant recommendation for dinner. The receptionist acted like she couldn't be bothered. We ate dinner , then decided we would take our child down to the pool for a swim. We werent there for 10 minutes when a man comes in by himself. Sits all of his stuff down. Gets in the hot tub, with his cell phone, and it looks like he starts taking pictures of our kid. We immediately get out of the pool and i send my family to the room. I tell the receptionist about him. And she blows it off like its nothing, and says she'll make a report, and that he stays here often. Ill be speaking with management in the morning.

This is very much a 2 star hotel charging 3 star prices. The room was ok but poorly remodeled, bathroom light was dim, stains on towels. I pulled back the sheets and there was make-up on one of the sheets. I didn’t see it anywhere else so maybe just a previous stain, but when I tried to call the front desk my room phone didn’t work and I had to call from my cell. Front desk didn’t seemed surprised by the potentially dirty sheet or the phone not working and I had to go downstairs to get a new sheet and make my bed myself. Maybe she couldn’t leave the front desk and no one else was there because it was late? Breakfast wasn’t great and most of it looked kind of old. This isn’t the hotels fault, but just an addition to why I won’t stay here again, there was the weirdest sound come from outside, maybe it was the sound in the mountains from the trucks or something but it sounded like a ghost owl making noise and it freaked out my little one and was so annoying.

Big excuse for making a mistake
Was a great stay except that the king size bed we requested was not what we were given. Even though I booked my reservation over a week in advance the two girls explained that all request for king rooms no matter when they are reserve are looked at that morning and are assigned out. When there are no more king rooms they just are given the double beds. I have never been done that way before. Or given that resoning why we didn't get the room we requested. But when asked to see a manager she said there was not manager in duty but she would see what she could do. First she said that she could give us a king room but we would be bumping someone else out that had not checked in yet. Then she she said she found a handicap king room we could have.
