Two of the bedrooms have access to smaller balconies.The third bedroom has access to the large balcony with beautiful sea views.In addition, the guests have access to modern ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms. An additional bathroom is available on the ground floor.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are located in an open-plan space. From here, thanks to the large glass doors, you have the perfect view of the outdoor area with pool, as well as direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for you and your friends and family.The ambience in the living room is adorned with a beautiful fireplace, which makes the atmosphere very inviting. For active guests, there is also a exercise bike available in the villa, so fitness can be maintained during the holiday.
In thecompletely fenced outdoor area, the 40m2 pool with built-in jacuzzi is waiting for you, surrounded by loungers on which you can relax and fill up on vitamin D.
