Great hotel with friendly staff
This hotel was very clean, even in the pet friendly room we stayed in. The breakfast was quite good. It is within walking distance of the touristy restaurant/shopping strip.

Lovely and cosy spot
The hotel is located in a very nice area just at the main promenade but in a more quiet part of it. The view and the surroundings are amazing with direct access to the beach. Parking is very convenient in the garage below the hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly, with one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen. The atmosphere of the hotel is a 5 star luxury resort and clearly the staff dies a great effort to fulfill this. However there are some minor things that I could point out: - garage could be a bit more brighter - the stone road leading to the hotel must be the first road on the island as it was really really bumpy. The hotel is displaying to have hosted many german celebrities however mostly from the early 2000’s - you can definately see that the build material quality is high , but rather from that era. All in all - would recommend this place to anyone who would like to go on a nice retreat

Very nice hotel and spa. Steps to beach.
This was our first trip to the Baltic, and we loved it. Binz is a beautiful little beach town with nice sandy beaches and wonderful restaurants and Boardwalk. The hotel and spa are top notch. Great indoor pool, specially for kids. Didn't use the spa but the facilities were very impressive. Breakfast was outstanding. Wish we had stayed longer. We will next time.

Lyxigt hotell med brister
Ett hotell med mycket hög standard.: mycket välutrustade och rymliga rum, fantastisk frukost, vänlig personal. Denna beskrivning grumlas av att en av våra medresenärer inte fick sitt rum städat och två av oss inte fick vare sig tvål eller schampo i badrummet. I det perspektiv en för hög prisnivå.

Sehr guter Service, tolles Essen, prima Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer zur Meerseite sehr geräumig. Gute Massagen, angenehmer Wellnessbereich. Kleinigkeiten fallen negativ auf: - kein Fischmesser beim Fischgericht, kein Mineralwasser Medium, kein Tischpapierkorb beim Frühstück. Extrem hohe Parkgebühren, die zwangsläufig gezahlt werden müssen, weil es keine Alternative gibt.

Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel in Ordnung.Wir waren nur über das Wochenende dort und hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Spa Bereich war enttäuschend, Saunabereich ist nicht abgeteilt zum Poolbereich man kam sich nur beobachtet vor. Die Bänke waren kalt, sollten in der Sauna eigentlich warm sein. Frühstück war super und sehr reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei.

Wir reisten als Paar für 1 Woche in das Hotel in Binz. Gebucht haben wir mit Frühstück, um abends flexibler zu sein in der Gaststättenauswahl. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfbereit,uns wurde sogar das Gepäck auf das Zimmer gebracht. Das hatten wir noch nie... Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit Meerblick in Haus 2 )war sehr groß und auch mit großem Balkon, hell, sauber und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr gute Matrazen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist für jeden Geschmack viel Auswahl vorhanden. Spitze...Besser geht es nicht... Man kann auch ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb frühstücken... Der Spa Bereich ist auch top und die Angebote gut. Es wird auch Joga und Wassergymnasik angeboten. Der Fischkiosk der Familie Kuse gleich 100m weiter bietet von Die.-So. von 9-20 Uhr immer frische Fischsemmeln in vielen Variationen an, ein Traum für Fischesser...! Die Nähe zum Strand und die verkehrsarme, ruhige Gegend am Strandende von Binz ist ein nicht zu toppendes Argument,dieses Hotel zu buchen. Da bei uns auch noch das Wetter die ganze Woche sehr schön war,sonnig und nicht zu heiß, war das einer der schönsten Urlaube den wir in den ganzen Jahren hatten. Vielen Dank und ein dickes Lob an das gesamte Team vom Grand Hotel, wir wissen zu schätzen,was sie jeden Tag leisten und kommen gern wieder. Halten Sie dieses gute Personal fest... Fam. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war die Dampfsauna und der Whirlpool defekt, die Sauna könnte auch länger offen sein! Das Frühstück war i.O. nichts besonderes, leider klappte es mit der Omelettbestellung überhaupt nicht. Parken ist in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und höfflich.
