Great option to reset in the middle of longer trip
If you’re looking for a place to spread out, do laundry, do some light cooking, this is a great option. I stayed two nights as part of a longer trip, and I appreciated the central location and the coin operated guest laundry. Bed was soft, and air conditioning a bit finicky—had to adjust it up and down a bit throughout day and night to maintain temp. But overall, a positive experience, and if I am back in providence with similar needs (for kitchenette and laundry), I’d stay here again!

Property was convenient and location was perfect. Only problem was our room was never cleaned, we were there for 5 days. Towels weren’t changed until we asked for fresh towels. Was disappointed with this.

The front desk staff and valet were very helpful and courteous. The room was great. A good layout, comfortable bed, and walk-in shower. A disappointment is that I needed to leave a day earlier than planned. I had tried to cancel that night but that was neither allowed via Expedia nor through the Hilton. In speaking with the Hilton, the explanation given is that it was partially due to using a third party to book the room. I understand that to a limited degree, and the arrangement between Expedia and Hilton is mutually beneficial. The customer should not be penalized by more restrictive expectations. Just a bit frustrating.
