The beach could have been cleaned more often, there was a lot of left over trash and debris and it would have been nice to have beach service. The staff would come and let all of the umbrellas down while we were laying there it was only 5pm. My husband told him he would do it himself when we left. For the amount of money spent I expected more. But it was cool.

Perfect backdrop for our vacation. The accommodations were superb! Large, spacious rooms with nice amenities. Views were picturesque - beach and pool. Decent menu options on-site. Staff provided exemplary service (and friendly too). Easy access to local shopping and dining options. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Some of the staff were not as nice as others. Location was great to walk to so many things, but no hot tub. When we checked in, they asked if we were celebrating anything, we said our 25th wedding anniversary. But nothing ever came of that, no congratulations, room up grade, drink, dessert, etc.... not that we expected anything, but why ask? I would not stay at this property again.

This was our 3rd year to stay here. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the location is great to going to the beach, or into town and restaurants. The pool meanders through the property, and is beautiful at night and during the day. There is a bar at the beach, and the property has two restaurants on site. The staff is incredibly friendly, and eager to help where needed. We prefer a 2nd or 3rd floor room and this year had a ground level space near the pool, so we had to keep our blinds closed more than we would have wanted, for privacy from folks walking by. There are bikes available to use, which made it even easier to get around for grabbing a bite or shopping. We really enjoy the peaceful environment there, and the friendly staff.

Off to a rocky start Internet was not operating for first night and no hot water. Staff jumped on it the second day and helped fixed both problems. They were friendly and helpful

We enjoyed the location but they have a noise problem from the neighboring resorts Maintenance area. Music, load conversation and commercial construction noise beginning at 7:30 am. Our bed was as hard as any we have ever encountered. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

I have stayed at Ocean Club West many times. This was the first stay that the pool was dirty. It was not cleaned for the first 3 days of my stay. After that, it seemed as if everyone came back to work. Pool was cleaned and ground keepers did a great job. The ice maker was broken in the room. The shower was not working correctly. The phone was not working correctly. Housekeeping never cleaned outside table. Thet sent maintenance to check on shower, phone, and ice maker. Shower was mislabeled. (Hot and cold) Very low pressure. Phone was fixed. Ice maker never worked. The restaurant and staff were very good. Easy to walk to other restaurants and the food store.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a partial ocean view suite, and the unit was roomy and comfortable. Only negative was that the furnishings were a bit worn and could use some updating. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good.

This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we were very happy with the island and with these accommodations. Location is perfect and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely recommend staying at Ocean Club West.

The cleanliness of the property and our studio Villa, the bell boy don’t remember his name the young man absolutely the best and very friendly, The on site restaurant is very pricey but the food was very good .

Location was great. Walking distance to shops. Right on Grace beach. Gym available. Bike rentals free. Hobie cat was NOT free, unlike the other resorts.
