This oceanfront villa with 5 bedrooms was built to take full advantage of sea and sky making it perfect for open-air living, and perfect it is!

Among the colorful foliage, and in some cases rugged rocks, one will find secret gardens here and there, with a hammock beckoning the wanderer to ‘set a spell and listen to the sounds of nature’ – the birds, Trade Wind breezes in the palms, and the tireless splash, gurgle, and chuckle of the ocean.

Built of local limestone and dark woods, Ponte del Sogno offers high-quality craftsmanship throughout, combined with every convenience of modern living. The kitchen comes fully equipped and all furnishings are high end. Cooking outdoors, a favorite Caribbean pastime, is a snap from the tiki hut/cabana room - at poolside - which comes complete with a mini kitchen and seating area.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned and opens through double doors to the pool area. The house features an infinity pool with lots of outside seating areas, many are private seating areas scattered throughout the property, including pairs of sun loungers stationed at outlook points along each of the two paved walkways weaving their way down to the water’s edge.
The mainhouse has the master bedroom while the three other bedrooms are located in the next building just several feet away.

In this setting, ‘Happy Hour’ is an intrinsic part of every day, where every individual in these oceanfront villas turns to the west to witness the awesome evening ritual of the sun blazing its way over the horizon.

Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 4ft to 5ft. The dimensions of the pool are 23.5ft x 17.8ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

-Air conditioning is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.

Stunning

We booked the Ponte house including to hut with 4 other couples for a reunion vacation of high school friends. This house was more then we ever anticipated. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. The common areas were spacious enough for us to spread out. We spent most of our trip in the pool and pool house and every now and then had to just look at the ocean in awe of where we were. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well stocked to do so. The large dining table was our gathering spot for thanks and praise. The house is located on the "non-tourist" side of the island and gave us plenty of peace, quietness, and seclusion. It's only about a 20 minute drive to tourist destinations. Also, food prices are a little cheaper in the local markets on this side of the island. We snorkeled in the ocean in front of the house (gear available), and for beach lovers there is a beautiful beach just up the road with 3 bars, chairs and umbrella rentals, and jet skis. I'm still amazed at well we did choosing the Ponte villa. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We did have one issue with the toilets and the staff tended to the problem promptly. The house was clean, spacious, and more beautiful than the pictures provide.

Hope was great to work with as the property manager. The property was better than advertised. We snorkeled out front everyday and seen many fish, turtles, and a couple sting rays in the water. We went as a group of 5 couples/10 adults for my wife's 40th bday. Beautiful property!

50th Birthday Celebration

Ponte del Sogno is one of the most well appointed properties that I have ever stayed. The house is spacious, clean, and well laid out. Having the bedrooms separate from the main house is perfect for inviting friends. The pool and patios areas are gorgeous. We spent most of our week at the house enjoying the amenities. There were 6 of us and we had a chef to some in and cook several of our evening meals including the Wahoo and Mahi Mahi that we caught on our fishing trip with Catchin Caicos. Two of our guests snorkled off the shoreline. Lovely sunsets and lots of laughs. Be ready to rise early and enjoy the experiences.
