Very disappointed here.
Very disappointed in Hampton. Usually I can depend on Hampton but they need to step it up here. Very badly needs updated. Very bad smell and run down furniture in lobby and breakfast area.

We had a great stay with our dog. Easy access to taking our dog for a walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. If I go to Provo again I would stay there. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if they had more luggage carts. They only have 2 that were being used.

We refused to accept given room. Had it last year. It is for ‘disabled people’. Desk attendant told us that we had no choice as this is only room Expedia & Hotel management would give us. This is a very negative process by Expedia & management. Finally given different room.

We always stay here when traveling between AZ and MT and have never had a bad experience. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times. I don’t think twice when booking our room. We have a cat. It’s a pet friendly hotel -but very clean. So whether you have a pet ir not, this hotel is a great option - and right off the highway if you’re just passing g through.
