A pleasant stay.
We stayed 2 nights as a base for exploring the region. Reception staff made check-in and check-out easy and efficient. Evening meals taken in Blair's Bistro were very acceptable, as was the buffet breakfast in the restaurant, which was quiet mid-week.

A great airport hotel. Tired after a long flight into Shannon walked a short distance to a well appointed clean room to beat some jetlag. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again.

I was very disappointed with my room #510. I have been coming to this hotel for years and was always pleased with their accomodation. Upon entering this room, we noticed that the bathroom doorknob was literally falling off the door because it's screws had come loose and were falling out. After using the bathroom, I found the basin soap dispenser empty and the next morning found that the shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were also empty. hadn't been refilled and were in fact completely empty. The television remote batteries were dead. The electric kettle in the room had a power cord that was so short that it has to be set on the floor to boil water.

The bathroom was incredibly small plus the inn required payment to leave the parking lot. There is no AC on the rooms, which would be alright if there was any air circulation really or a screen to keep out mosquitoes from the very nearby marsh. They did provide a fan but it's just a table fan.
