NO RESERVEN AQUI!. No respetan las reservas de Expedia, llegando al hotel nos dijeron que el anuncio o acuerdo con la plataforma no es vigente. Con lo cual,las dos noches pagadas por adelantado no las hicieron validas, nos dejaron fuera en un fin de semana en el que no había disponibilidad de hoteles en la ciudad.

Mala atención
Muy mala experiencia con el Hotel, hice una reservación pero al llegar al Hotel estaba cerrado, estuve tocando un buen rato y nadie abría, hasta que marque por teléfono me abrieron, no hay nadie en recepción quien me cobro y abrió fue la persona que hace la limpieza después de eso no la volví a ver, como no hay nadie en recepción y las puertas se cierran solas tienes que marcar para que te abran cuando sales, me imagino que activan las puertas por wifi, y para salir estando adentro tienes que salir por la puerta del estacionamiento presionando un botón que está por dentro porque la del peatón no abre a menos que ellos la abran marcando por teléfono lo cual es un fastidio hablar cada que sales. Ahora al estar solo en el hotel no hay quien te pueda ofrecer mínimo una botella de agua, resolver dudas o pedir ayuda en algún percance, para hacer checkout solo me salí, al no haber nadie pues no se hasta cuando se dieron cuenta que ya había dejado la habitación. En fin había leído comentarios buenos pero esta fue mi experiencia, la habitación estaba bien.

Lo único que me gusto fue la ubicación, había muchos restaurantes en la zona. Escogí este hotel porque estaba a tres cuadras de la universidad donde iba a presentar un examen. El hotel es muy básico, anticuado. Limpio. Nada cómodo, los colchones estaban duros. Me tocó una habitación que tiene una ventana que da al pasillo, obvio, el ruido era mucho, escuchaba a los otros huéspedes pasar (platicando) y además se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la habitación de arriba. No pude descansar bien. Nada agradable. El personal con buena actitud.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Lo malo es q su estacionamiento es muy incómodo, la regadera es muy incómoda para entrar y salir ya q está dentro de una tina muy alta (raro diseño) y el agua sale por todos lados ya q está mal instalada. La habitación se supone tenía 2 camas Queen y una individual pero en realidad había 1 recamara con una cama Queen y en lo q debiera ser la sala los sillones estaban vestidos como camas, muy duros e incómodos para dormir. Las escaleras para subir a la recamara son de caracol, muy estrechas.

Una noche antes de mi llegada me entero que mi reservación fue cancelada por el hotel, ya que ellos tienen una política de que si uno no llama para confirmar la reserva, la cancelan. Es un pésimo servicio ya que en la confirmación que tengo emitida por Expedia especifica que NO es necesario llamar para confirmar. Según el hotel me mandaron un mensaje pidiendo mi confirmación, el cual yo nunca recibí. Pésimo servicio. Nunca me ha pasado esto en una reservación de hotel en la que uno confía está asegurada y se hará el cargo al llegar y yo entiendo que si no me presento se me hará el cargo de igual modo. De muy mal gusto.

La ubicación es tan bueno que no tienen que ser cortes con sus clientes. Me dieron habitaciones y después me querrían cobrar más a las 10 de la noche porque supuestamente la habitación con 2 camas costaba más que habíamos pagado. No hicieron cambiar el cuarto para instalar una familia el siguiente día. Además , nos dijeron que gente no quedando en el hotel no podían estar en el Lobby con nosotros. Podría ser un excelente lugar pero la experiencia fue menos de satisfactoria por el trato de su gerente.

La ubicación esta excelente, me encanta que son pet friendly. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y el servicio de limpieza no es bueno, no sacaron la basura los días que estuve ahí. Pero de ahí en fuera excelente lugar si lo recomiendo
