Nice place with good kitchen you have everything to cook yourself. You get all sevice from the hotel Pez Azul across the street, nice people at the desk there. The only thing I could complain about wad the noise from traffic outside.

Myself and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon the overall stay was pleasurable and the room was ok it was clean a very good supply of hot water The down side was I was expecting a double bed and I got 2 singles pushed together I found the staff at the apartments very friendly and helpful I would stay there again

Less than basic, unable to sleep due to cockerels
The room was clean, our balcony was over the ravine so at least we had a view, belting water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Towels changed and soap left in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable for the price, but don’t expect to get a good nights rest, as between Ramon singing in the attached restaurant and the ravine, were there are cockerels that crow through the night, I never had a decent nights sleep for a week. The kitchen was minimal, two hob rings, sink, cutlery, coffee maker with filters, two pots and a frying pan. The dishes were 70’s style smoked Pyrex, and the cups were small. No kettle so boiled water was from a big pot as there wasn’t a saucepan to do. No dishcloth, sponge or detergent left to clean up so all dishes were rinsed thoroughly best I could. Parking is difficult, especially on a Friday and Saturday, but you need a car as there isn’t much at Puerto de la Cruz really, boat trips are from the south of the island. We and another occupant had issues with the key cards not unlocking the doors, which mean’t that we had to go to the neighbouring hotel for two days to get them to let us in until one of the hotel guys fixed it. This is not the worse place to stay, very basic, but the cockerels were an issue for me.

Convenient and comfortable apartments
I stayed in Puerto de la Cruz for 2 nights. This was convenient as I was going to the National Park the next night to stay at the Refugio there so I could go to the summit of El Teide at dawn. The bus to this park leaves from Puerto de la Cruz. Tenerife has excellent public transport.

If your looking for a hotel with all the amenties this is not for you. In my case it was a place to put my suitcase and sleep this was perfect. The hotel/apt was going through a refurbishment so everything was newish. The fixtures in the room had screws missing and sockets hanging out but for €17 I was just wanting a clean place to sleep and shower and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. staff at the front desk which serviced by a nearby hotel and the staff were very friendly. Frendlier than hotels I've stayed in with far higher price and amenities. No tv in the room something I wasn't bothered about.

Prima appartement als je het niet erg vind dat het vol zit met kakkerlakken. Gaten in de deur, de dekens vol gaten en ook de handdoeken met gaten of rafels. Nu is het geen appartement in een hogere prijsklasse maar dit is een ander uiterste
