When in the 19th Century Puerto de la Cruz was recommended by the British Medical society for their patients needing a good climate, not hot in summer or cold in winter, our town began to get many visitors who finally stayed. This House reminds that period of splendor in Puerto, leaving us a legacy that can still be apreciated. The House has floors of wood, high ceilings, spacious rooms and is completely renovated. 42´TV. In addition, its location is unbeatable: just 900 metres from the sea and from the Center, and a very few meters from several restaurants and supermarket. It is quite close to Playa Jardín, just a few minutes walking, you have to walk down 1.03 km to get to the beach.

A fabulous, spacious house in a great location
The children enjoyed having lots of space to play and we loved the beautifully designed garden. The house was well equipped and stayed cool in the hot weather too which was great. We would definitely stay there again.

A month in Tenerife at this beautiful home
We stayed here for a month during Covid-19 to work from somewhere sunnier than London. Great Wifi and great space to work. The house had everything we needed and was a great space to relax and work. The town is perfect too. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful villa
Everything about this villa is wonderful. Extremely clean, big rooms and very well equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. It is a steep hill from the town but as it was not too hot we didn’t find it a problem. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little gem!
We stayed in this property for a month. This is a lovely property in a convenient location in a quiet side street and has a secluded garden.. The property has everything that you would ever need available. We travelled as a family of adults but everything you could think of was there for children as well. All white goods were virtually new and of good quality. The property was very clean and cleaners attended once a week. We had a leak under the sink, I rang Cristobal the owner, and it was fixed the following morning, thank you Cristobal! If we had one criticism and maybe this is so picky as to highlight how good the property was overall is that the bottom sheets on the bed in the main bedroom are pretty awful and for a small amount of money could be replaced. That said, everything else in the property was to a VERY high standard.

Deceptionally large house with everything you could possible need and a beautiful outside space
We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lovely garden. We made good use of the BBQ and enjoyed a glass or two of Rioja while relaxing on the very comfy chairs, being shaded from the hot sun. The house has everything you need for a great holiday, especially glasses!! The walk to the beach and the town was ok but the walk back up was challenging in the hot sun so we got a taxi back most days. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay Rick and Jan

Very nice spacious accommodation
We were very pleased with our choice of accommodation for this holiday. The property was well located for getting out and about and exploring the island and was close enough to the town centre to walk to shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and well appointed and the private garden was a real plus.

Fantastic house for the family
Our stay at the house in Puerto de la Cruz was so nice. My wife and I were accompanied by our 2 children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren. Age was from 9 months to 60 years. There was ample space for everyone and we had private parking for 3 cars (easily 5 or 6). Having visited Tenerife earlier but never been to Puerto we must say we prefer it to other parts of the island. Ana and Cristobal made extra care that we enjoyed ourselves and their recommendations were well received. We feel we have only scratched the surface of how nice this place is so we would not hesitate to be back.

A Comfortable House behind Puerto de la Cruz Town
We spent a week and a half at the house in March/April. The rooms are big and comfortable and the small garden just fine to enjoy the sun. It's in a generally quiet location, yet handy for the main routes out of town if you intend to explore the island which we did. While there are a few small café-type restaurants close by, in the main, restaurants are to be found down the hill towards the centre of town. The hill is steep in parts so some renters might prefer to drive and park or take a taxi back up the hill which shouldn't cost very much (we walked!). All in all, we enjoyed our time on Tenerife and in Puerto de la Cruz.

Superb house in a peaceful area
The house is beautiful, very well presented with fantastic panoramic views. The garden is gorgeous and our children really enjoyed playing and relaxing in the garden. The house has everything that you would expect in your own house. IT is from home to home! The house was very clean and well maintained. The decoration is modern and everything is finished to a very high standard. We had the most beautiful week staying in this property. The house is located in a quiet area, 20 minutes walking to the beach and another 15 minutes to plaza del Charco (centre of Puerto de la Cruz). if you have a car, you can park the car in the driveway of the property or plenty car spaces outside. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to staying again in the very near future.

We were 2 couples in a beautiful spacious house which would easily accommodate 8.The house is decorated to a very high standard and the garden is fantastic. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach very easily. We would definitely recommend this property.

A Beautiful House in a Perfect Location
We stayed in this house for 12 days with three small children. The house was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It's full of character and charm. The garden is like a article from a magazine. The house is very secure and well enclosed. We were provided with a comprehensive guide for places to visit, and more importantly, a very thorough restaurant guide which was accurate every time. We had a lovely time and will remember this house as the centre point of one of our best holidays.

Tolles Haus in super Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche zu Zweit in diesem Haus, wodurch wir viel Platz hatten. Entgegen einiger anderer Meinungen war es für uns sehr ruhig, lediglich hin und wieder hat man nachts einen Wagen in der Nähe gehört. Die Einrichtung war super, die Küchenausstattung sehr modern und es war alles notwendige vorhanden, teilweise war sogar, als man erwarten kann. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und von außen nicht einsehbar. WLAN ist durch Nutzung eines Extenders auch draußen problemlos möglich. Die Innenstadt von PdlC ist, wie schon beschrieben, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ja, beim Rückweg gehts bergauf, aber alles problemlos machbar. Sind nur ca. 1000 m, Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur aber auch mit dem Vermieter selbst war sehr nett und lieferte alle notwendigen Informationen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in PdlC werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Top Haus mit schönem Garten
Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch die Küche. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. 2. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut in Schuss (Badewanne als Dusche). Garten top! Genügend Platz fürs Auto. An den Strand und die Innenstadt - ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss - geht es steil nach unten - gut für die Kondition. Alles in allem können wir das Haus ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen. Puerto de la Cruz ist für Ausflüge die richtige Adresse.

Dieses Objekt haben wir schon zweimal mit Freunden gebucht und wollten es dieses Jahr wieder tun. Doch unsere Freunde erkrankten kurzfristig an Corona, so bewohnten wir dieses geräumige Haus nur zu zweit. Es zeichnet sich für uns durch seinen kanarischen Charme aus. Die moderne Küche ist vollständig ausgerüstet. Der herrliche Garten mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten hat uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück verschönt. Gute Lage für einen Fußmarsch in die Stadt. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück sichert die Privatsphäre. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Einfach schön
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wirklich schönen Haus sehr genossen! Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat sehr viel Platz! Toll auch im Garten zu chillen und zu grillen! Alles ist reichlich vorhanden ,die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach kurzer Nachricht sofort erneuert! Das Haus liegt sehr gut,Bäcker und Supermarkt um die Ecke.Man kann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen. Teneriffa ist immer eine Reise wert und wir können den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nur empfehlen!

Großzügige moderne Wohnung mit traditionellem Touch und schönem Garten
Viel Platz, eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man muss allerdings ein paar Höhenmeter überwinden, wenn man zum Strand bzw. ins Zentrum will. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten im großen Hof. Sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Familiemit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem sehr schönen, geräumigen uns sauberen Haus. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt und ans Meer und nachts ist es trotzdem ruhig. Der Besitzer ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen.
