I did not like the check in, people were not very helpful, the Expedia representative was helpful but there was not much he was able to do, room was dirty and very old, bathrooms leaking from the ceiling and we request changing of the room since there was cockroaches in the first room they gave me. Everything about this trip was beautiful except that the resort is trying to sell you something everywhere you go from timeshares, cigar, spa, rum. It was quite annoying but overall very nice.

The property ask for you to be a US citizen and the room was so outdated, bathroom mirror with stains the air conditioner leaked water on the floor which made it slippery, my TV did not work and the bed was hard.
