Welcome to Condo Olazul! Olazul ("Blue Wave" in Spanish) is a luxury condominium in a new 12-unit boutique building (Aquiles Serdan) just 50 meters from the beach, in Puerto Vallarta’s famed Zona Romantica (also known as Old Town). As a guest of Condo Olazul, your options are endless. In thirty seconds, you are at Playa Olas Altas, one of Vallarta’s most popular beaches. Once there, head north toward the Malecon (boardwalk) and Isla Rio Cuale, its restaurants, scenery, and shopping. Head south and you are at Playa los Muertos where you can swim, jet ski, parasail, or sip on a margarita on the beach. If you decide to stroll away from the coast, in two blocks, you are in the center of Old Town and a wide array of the most popular restaurants, bars, and shops in all of Puerto Vallarta.

As a guest at Condo Olazul, you can also experience PV from a new luxury condominium building in the Zona Romantica (Old Town). Enjoy the OCEAN and MOUNTAIN VIEWS from your private balcony. The Space

Condo Olazul is on the fourth floor (not including the ground floor) on a quiet stretch of street that ends at Olas Altas Beach just meters away. The unit is accessible through a secure lobby adorned with modern art. Condo Olazul – one of only two units on the fourth floor – boasts an open living and dining area, and a full kitchen. There is also a workstation with a view of the Sierra Madre Mountains, which provide a dramatic backdrop to Old Town. Olazul’s private balcony with OCEAN and MOUNTAIN VIEWS is where you can begin your day with a cup of coffee, or take in a spectacular sunset in the evening. The windows in the primary bedroom provide more views of the mountains and even a "peek-a-boo" view of Vallarta's stunning cathedral belltower.

Olazul boasts two PRIVATE bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and plush bedding, an en suite bathroom, and plenty of storage. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. The interior of Condo Olazul was meticulously decorated by INTERIORES MEXICANOS, one of Vallarta’s most celebrated designers. At Condo Olazul, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a setting that allows you to simply RELAX and enjoy the break you so richly deserve. Condo Olazul WELCOMES EVERYONE. For those with mobility challenges, an elevator provides easy access to the condo. Also, it is an easy curb-less stroll from the building (Agua Marina) to both Olas Altas Beach and the Malecon.

Chris was great from the beginning and throughout our time there! Kind of had iffy weather so having their perfect place to hang was a bonus! Comfy beds, excellent location, great food/drinks all made our PV trip wonderfull!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! The condo is great and was just as expected. Jesus the property manager was helpful, and we had a small issue and both Chris and Jesus were on it to be fixed right away. I would suggest getting groceries at the big grocery store, as the small local shops are a lot more expensive and less to offer. Overall, a great, convenient spot with lots of amenities! Oh and go get the fresh rotisserie chicken, about 4 blocks up. So delicious!!

The condo was fantastic! Beautifully decorated, had all the amenities we needed, plus little extras that made are stay very welcoming and enjoyable. Couldn’t ask for a better location… so many great restaurants in the area and endless shopping and entertainment. Of course can’t forget the great ocean view from balcony and roof top pool. The place to be in Zona Romantica
We had a thoroughly relaxing stay at this gorgeous property. We could walk everywhere, the beds were super comfortable, and the place was perfectly furnished. The kitchen had everything and more - for those times that you wanted to cook and eat in. We also loved hanging out upstairs around the pool.

Exactly as described in the listing and sooo much more. Excellent communication from Chris & Gary from initial booking, pre/post arrival, and follow up after check out. These hosts go above and beyond. Kudos as well to Tomas and Jesus. The condo - fully equipped with everything you can think of and then some. All the modern amenities. Fabulous linens and plush towels. Thouroughly clean, in fact spotless. Central location, fully featured, and luxurious appointments. It's got it all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay for our Vacation
First time in PV and we loved it! Condo Olazul offered a perfect location for us. Just a few steps from the Malecon, restaurants and shops. Great amenities including super comfy beds, large rain showers and fully stocked kitchen. Safe and ample balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Super modern and most importantly clean and safe. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. Here is where it shines and goes above and beyond. Excellent communication from the owners before our stay, and owners checking in during our stay, to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, including items not usually found in rental units, like coffee, a variety of teabags, sugar, Splenda, coffee filters. Extra large thick, fluffy, bath towels, and quality bedding. More than enough wooden hangers, and detergent for washing machine, dishes, and dishwasher. There was even ziploc bags and foil. It was decorated beautifully, and Thomas at the desk was so friendly and offered directions and arranged our departure taxi to take us to the airport. We used the pool every day and it was always clean and fresh. The location is excellent, half a block off Los Muertos beach and the malecon. There is a coffee shop right below, a great pastry shop around the corner, and numerous shops and restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Sonarita, around the corner, two blocks over. Yummy tacos el pastor, and margaritas. I could go on and on. Would definitely recommend the property and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank You Chris and Gary for sharing your 2nd home. Looking forward to next time.

Paradise in PV
Condo exceeded expectations! Very large and comfortable space that was perfectly portrayed in the listing photos. Chris and Gary and their property manager Jesus were such a pleasure to work with and graciously accommodated last minute changes in our travel plans. I loved the thorough explanations about each process and appliance in the condo- everything was labeled and easy to find. The hosts literally thought of everything and anything we could ever need or want was on hand. We stayed for a week with our two kids and the location was excellent- safe, quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Would love to stay here again!

A great condo to stay in Zona Romántica
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Condo Olazul. The condo is very well appointed with comfortable bedding and linens, furnishings, kitchen and cooking supplies, etc. The condo is beautiful and modern. Its location is great, being just a block up from the beach and walkable to everything you want to do while in the romantic zone and melecon. Chris and Gary are very thoughtful hosts. They have thought of every detail to make your stay feel like you are “home” and not at a rental. Jesus and the management company were very responsive to questions and needs. We look forward to staying in Condo Olazul again on future visits to PV. Thanks Chris and Gary!

Superb condo in perfect location!
So many wonderful aspects about this beautiful condo, I’ll simply start from booking… Booking this condo was easy and the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Upon arrival, the check in process was effortless and our contacts were very helpful, and friendly. We entered an awesome condo with every amenity one could imagine. Our hosts, Chris and Gary had thought of everything! Condo Olazul was well appointed - beautiful, comfortable furnishings in every single room, a full kitchen with anything one may need, and all was impeccably clean! The balcony was superb and offered an excellent view of the ocean, with a comfortable cafe table to enjoy your morning coffee and two other very comfortable chairs sharing a table to enjoy your cocktails. Rooftop pool was very well maintained and there was a small fitness area, a clean grill and wet bar for guests to enjoy. Ok - if it couldn’t get better, let’s talk LOCATION! We walked to everything, anytime of the day. One block from the Malecon and dozens of wonderful restaurants, bars, stores, galleries and a small, fully stocked grocery one block away. Any needs we may have had were immediately addressed by the appropriate staff and//or Chris and Gary. The only thing that made it possible to leave was our desire to get back to our dogs. We are so grateful for all that Chris and Gary did to make this one of our best PV stays ever in the 25 years we’ve been coming. Also, a thank you to Jesus and Tomas! Anxious doesn’t well enough describe our desire to get back to Condo Olazul. It’s a true gem and going back is a given. We’ll be back!!!! So Much Gratitude to all - Condo Olazul is the best!!

Very nice modern property in a great location. Great access to malecon and numerous restaurants. Communication with owners and property managers were excellent which was so nice. (although few issues). Live streaming is difficult but not sure much can be done about situation. Netflix is fine but who comes to watch TV. Beds are comfy, towels are luxurious. We did not use any of the cooking utensils so can't speak to that but kitchen and appliances are all modern and sleek. Nicely appointed. Overall, a great property in a great location.

Condo Olazul - Lovely Condo and great location near the beach!
My husband and I stayed at Condo Olazul for 10 days in February. This new condo is a good size, is nicely decorated and it had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxed stay. We didn't need to use the air conditioning at all, we opened a few windows and/or the balcony door and enjoyed the lovely breeze. It was also nice to be able to sit out on the balcony any time of day with a great view of Banderas Bay. We even saw whales from there one afternoon! The amenities on the roof top aren't large but they were enough for us. We enjoyed one afternoon up there with a few friends - in the pool and then sitting around chatting and having snacks. It was not busy or crowded. The property manager who met us as arranged for check-in and check-out was very nice and on time. The front desk attendant at the building, Jesus Tomas, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Chris and Gary are fantastic hosts and respond to emails very quickly. Thank you. We look forward to staying at Condo Olazul again sometime in the future.
