Este es el peor hotel en el que he estado, El hotel es muy viejo y necesita ser renovado. El cuarto estaba sucio con hoyos en el techo, el lavabo estaba quebrado y el baño en general estaba sucio. las sabanas de la cama estaba muy desgastadas y se veian y olían muy mal. La comida es muy mala. En general este es un hotel muy viejo y feo, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The buffet(all inclusive) food was terrible. The gourmet restaurant they have which was not included was surprisingly delicious. Which was a nice surprise since all the food sucked. Pools were fun though. Kid area was nice. Beach availability but not very good to play in. The beds were horrible. Worst sleep. We stayed in the older part of the hotel not sure if it matters(mountain area) but ugh not great sleep. Lots of walkable places to eat if you want to venture out with the locals also pharmacies and a same day doctor visit for about 50pesos.

Since I am Mexican-American it was nice to have a different perspective with the type of people that were vacationing at this resort. The majority of the guests were of Hispanic descent and it was a refreshing home feeling experience.

In the VIP you get to eat at their special restaurants. The food was beyter there than atcthe buffet. They lack flavor in most of their foods. The service was ok, they would sometimes forget to bring such items or drinks. Some server's were of great service especially when given a good tip. The shows were ok, and the drinks were ok too. I would give them a 6.5 out of 10. The only thing i really liked was the spa services and the kiddo pools. Both my girls loved the kid pools.

The property really needs updated. I booked an oceanview room which had a refrigerator and microwave. When we arrived to the room it was already occupied. We were moved to another room that did not have an ocean view and no microwave ans no refrigerator, but charged the same. The staff was not helpful with much, very limited food options, and our room was full of mold.

The rooms (Mountains) smell like mold, the curtains are torn and the bathrooms are old, very different from the photos. The food is very local, little variety.

When we got to the hotel, it wasn't perfect. The key to the room door does not work each time you leave the room. The bathroom is cracked and ugly. There is no door or shower curtain to prevent water from escaping everywhere. The swimming pool had emesis ( greenish discharge) floating in it. The dining area is an open space concept, and birds compete with you for space and food. The flies, mosquitoes and birds were flying over the meal. The food was terrible, nothing attractive or decent enough to eat. The rice seems to be soggy and like a leftover meal. The bed is so tough that my back hurts. The bed stand was made of bricks. There is a big gap between the headrest and the mattress; your head can fall into it. The environment is filthy and old. The only good thing about the place is the staff are friendly.
