Paid for a family suite and we were put in a junior suite. Not kool as reservation was made months prior. I've stayed here many times in the past approx. 10 years. Front desk people are awesome as are the cleaning people.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants etc and close to Malecon. Right on the beach. Could have a few more lounge beach chairs. Room was very clean and our room attendant, Isabel, was wonderful! Would definitely return to this property.
