This resort is super friendly with staff that have become like family, and the reason we keep coming back. The location is quite convienient, ten minute walk or shuttle to the beach. Also close to the Marina, shopping malls, the casino, and short ride to the Malecon. And Laura will look after you.

Authentic experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They only thing was if you had a later flight to catch you where checked out and you couldn’t use the food service.

A traditional and small spot, with limited dietary options but it’s great if you have lots of plans off resort. The staff are A . The facilities are very nice and have a great historical vibe. I wouldn’t book around any holidays as they do cater to a lot of locals, and allow for extra seating for big meals, which results in 2-3 hour wait times to be seated for a buffet. Beach space is awesome, great beach, great beach staff, tons of grifters but what can you do? My word of advice to make or break is if you are someone who is dietarily restricted, I’d contact staff first to see how able they are to cater to your needs.

I felt very safe here as a single women traveling alone. I knew it was an older place, but loved it. I have no complaints definitely will come back. I loved the sunken tub in my room. Beach was a 5 min walk or they have a van to take you. Thank you

Our maid Andrea was the best! She went way out of her way to make us comfortable and to celebrate our 46th Anniversary. Julio Cesar the bell boy was excellent as well. The servers in the restaurant were fantastic. Front desk was great too! The hotel is an older building but the excellent service makes it a very pleasant experience.

Firstly, compliments to the Chef! Food was excellent all 7 days, breakfast, lunch and supper. Room was very clean, maid service was perfect, AC and Hot shower worked perfect. Small boutique authentic Mexican style hotel, nice evening shows every second night. Lights out at 11;00 am, quiet thereafter. Very family oriented with a mix of International, Canadian, US and local vacationers. Beach is close with hotel shuttle too, but walkable too. Lots around the hotel, walkable. Highly recommend this lovely All Inclusive resort. Will visit again for sure, My husband and I visited Dec 7-14, 2024, senior age. Good mobility walkways and accessibility.

Great location and easy public bus ride to Old Town. Room had nice amenities, bathroom needs updating (taps/toilet). The late check out fee was a full nights stay and we only needed 4-hours - very disappointed as they were not at capacity and we were not even there for that evening dinner and the following morning for meals - taken advantage of! Hotel staff need to pick up dishes and garbage, easy to get served but then cups and dishes left around in common areas for days. Concierge and food/bar staff extremely helpful, front desk not so much. Overall very nice experience, most guests were Mexican families which added to the atmosphere. Beach could have more snacks and less people trying to solicit merchandise very annoying. No lifeguard at beach so swim at your own abilities - very fun experience. Great location and fun for families. We were senior travellers with great physical shape, note this facility is not great for people with physical mobility challenges.
