This is my third time at this property, best service, and quality never goes down. I cannot recommend this place enough. Already planning my return

Our suite was absolutely beautiful. We stayed @ Mousai North. Our had a beautiful balcony with a hot tub, hammock, sofa, 2 chairs. The bathroom was gorgeous. Just a beautiful experience "inside our room" Our issues were the stay and the consierge service. I had read about this issue from other travelers and NOW I get it. The front desk and concierge, in particular "Maya' with consierge services was horrible. Her main concern was trying to get us to attend a timeshare presentation. Once we made it clear we werent interested the disinterest and lack of attentiveness abruptly ended...like mid-sentence ended.

I was impressed by how polite every staff was. The view of our corner suite was breathtaking. The only downfall was the beach was far and the pool was small. We hang out on the rooftop pool for the most part.
