Please be aware we have decided to put the condo on the market to sell therefore when making your reservation you agree to allow the realtor to show the property to prospective buyers with 24 hours notice between hours of Noon-3PM. If the property is sells we will be able to give you 2 months or more advance notice and you would receive a full refund for any future stays you have booked in advance. As a side note when we purchased the property 3 different couples had reservations which we honored, point being a new owner may be like us and continue to rent the unit part time.
