Great five day stay in PV.

Great stay for five days. Small resort and didn’t seem busy. Always could find a lounger even after breakfast. Stephanie at check in got us off to a great start. She was very good. Wifi needs improved and a little TLC would do a lot of good. Better lighting in the hotel bar area to play cards by would be helpful. Overall exactly what we expected.

Property needs major upgrades. Although it is very clean, room was in poor condition: Chipped and broken floor tiles, wobbly lamps, dents & dings on the drywall, even dried paint that has dripped down the walls. Beds & furniture are worn out. Furniture appeared painted as opposed to retaining. Some fixtures don’t work and the patio door lock was broken. We did enjoy our stay and don’t consider ourselves high maintenance. But property is in dire need of repairs.

We had a lovely time love the pool biggest pool I ever swam in. My only negative was the food in the buffet was not hot enough should have a microwave to heat up but all in all I would definitely go back.

Pros: great drinks, staff was all very helpful and friendly. Our flight was in the evening so the resort allowed us to stay after checkout time and still enjoy drinks, food and use pool towels until it was time to go. Cons: no internet in the room, only in the lobby. Pool was way too cold. No hot tubs. Beach was small and rocky but typical of the area. Would have enjoyed more food selection in the buffet.

Perfect relaxing all inclusive package for an econmomical price. We didn't leave the resort for four days except for going on a whale watching excursion and dove into the open ocean and swam around for awhile, it was very pleasant. Eating and sleeping for 4 days what more could anyone want?!

Nice resort though it is a bit dated. Buffet is not great and overall the food was below average. A few dishes from the a La carte restaurants were good. Late night snack bar just seemed like they were serving old burgers from the day time pool side snack bar.

Our stay at Meliá came with a surprise before booking with Expedia we always reviewed the hotel and checked the reviews. We read that the pool was warm so we booked the hotel to our surprise it wasn’t and the weather from the eighth of January to the twelve was cold at PV it would have been nice if the pool had been heated. Overall our stay was pretty nice I can’t complain about the staff was amazing the food we loved. My father-in-law had an adventure changing rooms and problems with the air conditioning. He was promised lobster for dinner for the inconvenience he never received it. We thought it was funny we enjoyed our stay as much as possible.

Best experience I’ve ever had! The staff was amazing! Especially Karen, Juan and Ignacio! Overall a fun time. Always something to do. Always staff making sure we were okay. I can’t rave enough about this resort!

Best Staffs and Great Services and three dinning options. I stayed 12 days, it was too short. Beach Front chairs with shades and free drink and delivery services to the seat. Fantastic Services and Staffs.

The room was good, the facility was good, I thought the meals had a lot to improve on. Unfortunately it was spring break and so a lot of kids...which was alright but little noisy....it was mainly the meals that were not great...staff should be little more friendlier saying things like good morning etc.
