We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this condo but we had no idea that this property shares pools and all beach front palapas with the hotel next door. There is a battle every day for pool chairs as well as beach chairs. If you aren’t up and down by 6:00am you will probably not get palapa on the beach. There are signs that say unoccupied chairs with towels, etc will be removed. In our 22 days, this happened once and this allowed us a beach chair. Also, the hotel has outdoor music and shows at night and it definitely is loud. This condo is close to the hotel and if you want to go to bed early, forget it. There were several nights that hotel guests hanging out having a great time !
This condo is nice, we enjoyed it but it has some needs. The grill on the deck is not useable. Very old, rusted out inside not useable. Kitchen definitely could use some new pots and pans, only 2 towels in each bathroom which means doing laundry often, no one on site to help you. You are also a taxi ride away from just about everything unless you can walk a little over a mile. We spent $15-20 everyday to get to market, restaurants, tour pickup areas, etc. this can’t be helped unless you are lucky enough to get a place closer to Paradise Village.
Overall, this unit is fine but the property manager is outstanding. Her name is Mauro and she went above and beyond to help us with a couple issues. She even brought her husband to help get the TV working in English. Loved her!
